    20g(0.7oz) flour
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder

    50g(1.8oz) white chocolate
    40ml(1.4fl oz) fresh cream
    1. make the ganache In a saucepan, heat the cream until warm but not boiling.
    2.Turn off the heat, add the milk chocolate and stir to melt.
    3.Pour into a bowl, remove from heat and refrigerate for over night.
    4. make the chocolate dough. Place the milk chocolate and unsalted butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
    5.In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and mix well with a whisk.
    6. when well mixed, add the mixture in melted butter and chocolate parts and mix.
    7. add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until evenly combined.
    8. fill the mold about halfway with the batter, then add the ganache and fill again to cover.
    9. bake in the oven at 200℃ for about 15 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
