I pulled a 9k camper behind my 93 f150. M5OD-R2 5 speed transmission 4.9L i6. The camper was loaded with our stuff. Off leveled the load I couldn't go after than 50mph
It is over its max gvwr, all the tools i keep in it, weighted front bumper, skid plates made of 3/8" plate, my hitch i made is at least 150lbs it 1/2" plate and a small ibeam, and all the mods ive done to it. The stock truck was about 5,200lbs, it is not hard to add 2,000 lbs of crap to a truck.
6700 is gvwr on my e150 van and 6500# was on my 2 brick nose f150s. My f150s had real payload capacity of aprox 1700# w/ me in it as per weighing them empty leaving dump. If that rack and tool boxes are 2500# id be shocked. Guy needs a F350
It says online the tractor weighs about 4500 pounds I would say trailer at most weighs 4500 so probably combined no more than 10000
Jesus Christ! She does 3/4 work with ease!

Your truck is a beast fr
Subbed! 400th sub
I am buying a 94 f150 (hopefully) tomorrow
94 F-150, 95,000 miles, 4.6, automatic
never seen a 4.6 swapped into one of those square old Ford's
good luck trying to stop in time when needed.theres more to pulling heavy than just moving it.that trailer would push an f150 around like a rag doll.
The truck is far from stock, and i have trailer brakes on both axles.
If i could not stop it i would not pull it.
YOU people obviously know nothing of trailer brakes and proper towing, this rig is fine
Nonsense.
It's not if it will move it, it's how well it stops or stays cool
With trailer brakes it stops fine, and on a hot day pulling up a grade the engine might get to 190f and trans will get to about the same.
Trailer brakes exist, and they work good
@@oldreliable303 190f? that's lower than idle temp! You have a gt500 radiator in there?
@@tacticalidiot175 stock radiator
That truck doesn't weigh 7k lbs, that's over the max GVWR even.

@@oldreliable303 Sounds like a death trap, you need a 3/4 ton frame.
@@oldreliable303 It is not that heavy, you are exxagerating numbers.
@@pcwizzy460 you can think that if you want, and tell that to the scales at the dump, it would save me some money
@@oldreliable303 these people don't know what they're talking about. We both know the 300 can do 24k pounds all day
show um how that goes pull ROFL!!!
300 6?
Yes it is
Turbo mod?
Nope, just all of the rpm coming up hills
Show us the rpm
Just keep blowing them up. Good for a laugh. 350 carb. You wouldn’t be destroying heads
Ive put 370,000 miles on this motor, it just now needed a head.
Wdym?
That truck in no way shape or form is 7200 pounds
