How do you get the wiring harness for the backup sensors to reach the new sensor locations, they are way farther apart on this bumper then the stock bumper.
@duncanmacleod280 You're going to have to splice pieces of wire in, to get the correct lengths
The supplied harness is too short, other than that a GREAT deal. I purchased mine on EBAY for $309.00 and had it installed 08/27, love the sidesteps, tow hook brackets and the supplied LED license plate lights are bright!

I don't know if I'm the first person to actually buy this bumper, but the directions that come with the bumper are totally wrong! If you noticed the camera flashes through the video; those are the how-to pictures for assembling the bumper. Having been a mechanic for the past 25+ years, I know how to assemble and mount a bumper. The diagram that shows the order of hardware to attach the shackle mount shows: bolt, lock washer, flat washer, bumper, shackle mount, and then nut. If you assemble it in that order, I guarantee you, it will fall apart! It should be: bolt, shackle mount, bumper, flat washer, lock washer, and then nut. There are no torque values anywhere in the instructions! The lights that came with my bumper are Harbor Freight quality control rejects that won't assemble to the brackets because the mold for the cast aluminum has the bolt holes too deep into the body and the slot where the nut sits, the threads on the bolt are touching the slot, giving no room for the thickness of the nut. The bumper is made in China, sold by at least 3 sellers on Ebay who are in China and do not speak English fluently enough to understand that the lights supplied with the bumper will not assemble to the bracket, that mounts to the bumper. The holes in the bumper to install the park assist sensors, I believe they briefly show installing them, but at the end of the video, they have put the plastic obsolete plugs back in. This is because the sensors will fall out if you install them like it shows! Modifications will be needed to install them. The video briefly shows license plate lights being installed, but once again, at the end of the video, there are just empty holes where the lights should be. The supplied license plate lights for this Ram bumper are for a Ford F150. I haven't mounted the bumper to my truck yet. I'm thinking about sending it back and getting my money back. $350 is a lot to pay for poor quality. Oh, also, the directions say to reach out to them if you have any problems, but do not give you any information to whom the manufacturer is, or how to reach them!

MMMMMMMM, you have me wondering now, i have a 2023 Warlock and i just got mine Today, i was told its PLUG AND PLAY and thats what i told the body shop who is installing it, i dont want them calling me and saying this bumper sucks and the license plate lights and sensors need to be re-wired
@zxtenn Good luck with your install! I never put mine on. Mine had a lot of shoddy welds with no penetration and paint over them. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they offered to send me a $10 refund and said maybe I could paint over their shoddy welds, like that's going to fix it! I ultimately got half of my money back because they wouldn't send me a good bumper.
@@rickfink464 Thanks, I took the pieces out the box today and assembled it without tightening things down 100%. Mine came with license plate lights but no bulbs so i ordered a pair of LED bulbs and also a pair of complete pods with smoked lenses, LED bulbs included and wiring so it's SUPPOSED to be plug and play. I have a tube of blue locktite so tomorrow when i get outside i will put a drop on each bolt and tighten them up tight, especially the D ring mounts. I do agree the directions and videos leave something to be desired. Mine is going on a 2023 RAM 1500 Classic Warlock, i am having a body shop install it as i just don't feel like doing the manual labor. I did take a measurement of the sensor positions relative the end of the bumper stock VS the NIXON and they seem very close but up to the body shop to get them mounted correctly and working, i just don't want them complaining that the install is a PITA or impossible, next Tuesday will be when they install it. I sent their office the EBAY link of the bumper and video before i ordered it and they said no problem. I guess time will tell.
