I remember this playing in the bay area of final fight. I was reminded of Rolento when the part came when you were rushed by Poisons, El Gados, and Holly Woods around the middle.
I guess if you make rolento theme faster, it does kinda sound like heatman, but seems far stretched, also, both are owned by capcom, so I guess the company just has some shared files
As teenager born in 1991, I got surprised when heard this music on Final Fight 1 recently for first time, then surprised from seeing Rolent as boss. Its very good they included FF characters on SFA2, i only knew Guy because played FF3 at 90's end.
And then in the far distance you hear thumping footsteps followed by a "vroom vrooom" and you look back only to see the bay area giant known as ABIGAIL.
He’s not coming back unfortunately to 6. I really want him back. His finishers and one winning stance is just pure evil lobbing grenades after defeat. Insult to injury.
In the USA Network's Street Fighter Animated Series both Ryu and Ken were friends of the Final Fight trio. They help them fight Sodom, Rolento, Hugo, and Belger to rescue Melissa Haggar.
***** No idea about what makes Diex thinks it's similar. for me, listening to both tracks do the trick: the first part of both themes are pretty similar
+agthaog1986 This version is the original from Alpha 2. That "gold" shit (what I've checked a few minutes ago because I didn't know what it was) is only one more of that redundant shitty remixes. And more original is the Bay Area theme from Final Fight. That's the real shit. Simple and original, the best. Fuck the self-masturbation pretentious remixes (like that "gold" one).
legend says that elevator is still going up!
And Fujitsu monitor banner is still there.
It takes a very long time to get to the top of that elevator, but once you get there, the view is exquisite
Its bay area from final fight
street fighter alpha Final fight it all makes sence now
that's what I've noticed too. Sick!
From the Sega CD version.
Yup
@TheMightyCat yes
Ahh, Rolento, I remember three things about him: this theme, his grenade taunts, and that super move where he shouts "YOSEF!!"
2nd most demoralizing character under Rose. Something about the sound of that Bully Baton..it unnerved a lot of players.
Okay
Let's admit the riff on the escalated stage is great
Let's admit that no
HOOAH! HOOAH! HOOAHA!
MISHUN COMPREET.
FYRE!
READY?
MISSION COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GET SET! GO!
I remember this playing in the bay area of final fight. I was reminded of Rolento when the part came when you were rushed by Poisons, El Gados, and Holly Woods around the middle.
And andore
@@davidesciacca6973 the Andore cage fight was the best.
Relento looks like someone who would work for Albert Wesker & Jack Kraser as one of umbrella 's UCBS
*tries to perform "take no prisoners"
Rolento: get set!
AI: *backs away*
Me: damnit!!!!
My dad wrecks me with this character 😩
Mission Compreeete!
Rolent: "Heatman, can I copy your homework."
Heatman: "Yea, but make sure it's not obvious."
explain plz ?
listen to heat man's theme, and come back to this
I guess if you make rolento theme faster, it does kinda sound like heatman, but seems far stretched, also, both are owned by capcom, so I guess the company just has some shared files
mfw (my face when) the chord progression is slightly similar
fr though, they're both made by capcom so no one cares
Fun fact: both themes were mixed in Megaman X Street Fighter
As teenager born in 1991, I got surprised when heard this music on Final Fight 1 recently for first time, then surprised from seeing Rolent as boss.
Its very good they included FF characters on SFA2, i only knew Guy because played FF3 at 90's end.
Me too. Same story.
Great music and background stage, still had a Fujitsu computer billboard
And then in the far distance you hear thumping footsteps followed by a "vroom vrooom" and you look back only to see the bay area giant known as ABIGAIL.
Yup it does sound like it,and Slashman from Megeman 7 sounds like Guile's theme in the opening part of his stage.
Try bay area theme from final fight on snes abd then tell me
I was curious as to how that elevator went up on his stage
We may never know. 😂
He’s not coming back unfortunately to 6. I really want him back. His finishers and one winning stance is just pure evil lobbing grenades after defeat. Insult to injury.
Now that I've heard most of T-SQUARE songs I can see where Capcom took the inspiration.
Beating Rolento with Ryu with this theme in the background was epic. Like if Ryu is helping the cause of Guy, Cody and Haggar.
In the USA Network's Street Fighter Animated Series both Ryu and Ken were friends of the Final Fight trio. They help them fight Sodom, Rolento, Hugo, and Belger to rescue Melissa Haggar.
rolententlessly good
Ha ha ha
Why does it hit so hard
street fighter wikia and whimsical memories from final fight and street fighter alpha 2 times brought me here
Whenever my family went to a hotel on vacation and we went to the pool, this song played in my head.
now that you've said its gonna happen to me too
I would say Rolento is a good guy I have heard him say he is fighting to protect the world.
What exactly is that thing? It looks like a pool stick but it isnt is it?
@@henriquedearruda8902You sure? He kinda is a bit of a loony bin
@@WegraX looney bin what is that?
The theme is pretty good!
Melhor música do street fighter Alpha 2

this shit go so damn hard 🔥
this is theme not sh***
I'm getting a Heat Man thing from this.
And Proto Man's whistle
Mad Gear!
They probably felt the theme sounded better than Industrial Area, which is still good IMHO.
Which is odd seeing that Rolento's stage is the Industrial Area, not the Bay Area.
Eu não acredito que os gringos não sabiam que Rolento vem de Final Fight e essa música é de Bay Area....
Alguns sabem, muitos não devem.
Why is it that he and other characters have white eyes
cuz when you have no eyes you have no soul
In alpha3 he has black pupils but everywhere else he has none even in usf4
bad guys dont need no pupils to rule the world
@@JustJoey727 just his icon his sprite still has white eyes.
@@ShiftyGuy777 yah I know that i should've been more specific
funny how street fighter vs megaman made me realize this theme was more then a little inspired by heat mans theme
In another universe he fought, and lost, to Kenshiro.

rolento theme is actually a remix of the bay area theme on final fight.

I'd really hated this guy, when appeared in the screen I was sure that will lose the next fight.
