    Interesting thought from Fleetowner Magazine: Truck driving is the only profession he can think of in which professionals share their work space with those who are far less trained.
    “The vast majority of [truck] drivers are very proud of their craft and their profession - and they have to share the road with us,” he said. “It’s a very interesting work environment and a challenging situation anytime a professional driver has to share the road with other drivers out there.”

      Я не поклонник навигаторов расчитанных только на грузовики. Они зачастую посылают тебя в объезд когда такой объезд совсем не нужен. Если есть голова на плечах и умеешь читать знаки (особенно, что-то типа "Грузовикам Проезд Запрещен" и "Низкая Высота"), то вполне можно использовать обычный навигатор для автомобилей. Я люблю ТомТом с большим экраном и долгое время пользовался этой маркой. Более дорогой вариант который у меня сейчас - это мини-планшет с Интернетом на котором я гоняю Google Maps. (По-русски GPS называется "авто-навигатор" или просто "навигатор").

    Excellent Video Sergei ! I agree great view from outback:) I have seen many trucks pulled over on I-69 just west of Sarnia/Port Huron. What is your impression of driving I-69 specifically and in Michigan in general ? do you think roads are in better condition that surrounding areas or about the same? Thanks again for these very informative videos!

    • @HHTV60
      @HHTV60  7 років тому +1

      Michigan I-69 is pretty bad, especially near Lansing going westbound. The pavement has a 'wave' damage .. so unless I drive at 45 MPH my seat goes up and down so bad I can hit the cab ceiling with my head! Michigan cops: they like targeting out-of-state trucks, especially from Canada. If they stop you for a 'violation', and you don't have US$100 cash on you, they will TAKE your driver's license as security. So, I try to bypass Michigan whenever I have a chance ...

      wow! I didnt know about the $100 US issue at all . When I was in Navy I was rushing back once of leave from Mich to Va at time of 55 speed on all Fed Hwys in USA. I was pulled over in Fairfax Cty VA for going 62 in 55 and I had Mi plates. Other drivers were passing me like i was standing still and received no ticket--they had VA plates:)

    Hi Sergei.....Put your feet up on the couch and relax for a couple days.....Have fun !!!

  • @ranmo9492

    I think police should be primarily in neighborhoods and industrial and commercial parks--making their presence known and solving crimes already commited. If they happen to be on road and see violation--thats one thing. To park on their butt and wait is a gross misuse of public funds, training etc.That is my two cents for the day :)

      dejanira2 John kasich is still upset about the election, he's ordered military vehicles to monitor all Russians in Ohio.
