If I set my outer foot like this, how can I then make sure it is set to also touch the throat plate when in down position? I used this method but now my outer foot doesn’t ever touch the throat plate.
Hello Uwe, your videos are amazing. I set the hook timing on my Adler 67 with direction of your tutorial on one of your other videos. I have been cleaning a 67 Adler and spayed it with Marvel Mystery Oil overnight, next thing I know the outer presser foot does not come down own its own or with the lever. It will only come down when i push the rod down from the top. Ive been looking for a video on this, this one comes close but not quite what I need. I downloaded the 67 Manual and it did not help resolve this problem. Any suggestions. Please and Thank you for the amazing video on the Hook Timing.
The Cowboy CB-4500 and other Juki TSC-441 class machines have a very different head design. Unfortunately, this procedure does NOT directly apply to those other machines.
Thank you! And where to find the tuning procedure? In the book tool, nothing is clear. Video would find, I found one video but there the quality is poor, and the viewing angle is taken bad (
