This music is suddenly taking me back to a time when I was an adolescent girl, about the early 90's. My entire family had a barbecue in the closest national park. After dinner a group of us went into the town site, which was about a 5 minute walk from where the BBQ stations were. I went into one of the most beautiful gift shops that I'd ever been in. Music similar to this was playing on a large cassette and CD stand. I was looking at little porcelain animal ornaments and decided to spend the money my mom gave me for ice cream on a small porcelain Siamese cat, which I still have today. Isn't it wonderful how memories you thought were forgotten are triggered by sounds/smells and tastes?
That's called an anker or anchor. Its a memorie print made by sound, smell, tast...the more senses you set 'ON' the more the memory will be kept close by. Whenever a loved one passes, i set an anker with a song. And whenever i hear this song, where ever i am, i think of this special person 💖 sweet memories

Am I able to be myself, without harming anything or anyone?” Eventually you’ll understand that you’ve been wrong. Everyone was teaching you a wrong way against your own kind. You’ve been manipulated, and prolly still are... There so much more in humans that seems to be lost or hidden... Yet there is our systems that get us blind, enslave us, manipulate us... And we allow it. The world is abundant, beautiful and there is no need for need. We all have to do our share in work. With the present obsolete technology we can also make it easier and highly abundant to everyone. Never forget what need and pain is. If you do you shall willingly feel it within you, so you understand, and be grateful to what is, has, you have... May the human kind evolve and awake once and for all. Remember: we are all different; with different skills in our genetics and soul; and we are never superior to other being. While You are, then you exist, you are a sentient being, thus you feel. Protect and caring weaker beings is your duty. “Teach them how to fish... They will feed themselves for a lifetime”.

Ever since finding this 3 years ago it has been my go to soundtrack for my daily life. I love listening to this when a thunderstorm is rolling in and I just sit and listen to the rain and melt into the sounds of the handpan.

I dislike assuming intent, but I believe Rumi was making the distinction between the individual sense of self and the idea that collectively we are all one. Understanding that we are no more important or special than anyone else opens our mind to a truer form of existence and a deeper empathy for all life. It allows us to cast off the constraints of the superficial culture in which we were raised and heightens our awareness of life itself by showing us that we are all connected in our struggle to find the path to enlightenment.

this is perfect for my qi cong practice as well as dancing with joy to my God and Masterji! i am so appreciating this loving gift. i play tablas and these here are very beautiful. goes straight to my heart. the Indian Classical instruments such as tabla (and some other Eastern instruments) were devised centuries ago to sound similar to the inner sounds one can hear...not as amazing cuz they are earthly, but next best thing. can raise u up if u pay attention to the music! such a gift from our Creator. also shenai, harp, bamboo flute, etc.
