  • I struggled with what to call this. It's a self care plan for anyone who has an illness to deal with. Not just a cold or a bit of a tummy bug. My endometriosis has taken a turn for the worse, so I wanted to help other people that might be going through the same.

    Hey Aine..Thank you so much for sharing x I'm truly sorry to hear you've been dealt such a rough hand, but your fighting back and acceptance is key..once you accept this won't go away you stop focusing on things you can't do anymore and cherish the things you still can and make the absolute most of it...I'm also on a journey of acceptance (My Mental Health)and im trying my hardest not to let it take over and grinde me down..we've just got to keep fighting girl 👍..Take very good care of yourself x Keep on keeping on lovely Aine x

    Great video! Have you thought of writing a book regarding your struggles with endometriosis? I totally get the struggles of dealing with health changes, I'm at the peri-menopausal stage of life, which is not fun as it's made life pretty unpredictable, but it no where near what you've been dealing with. Sharing stories about these struggles is so important; we always feel like we're going through stuff alone, and more often than not, it's actually the opposite. But I really like your "self-care" theme, it's a much more positive approach, not to mention realistic, and helps us feel like we can actually do SOMETHING in a situation where we often feel helpless.       I do fancy writing a book, although I've a fiction book in mind, maybe I should write something about this journey. You're not having much fun either! I watch my mum go through it very early in life and it's not a great situation at all. Sending hugs, or some tea, maybe both. I felt so awkward sharing this, but I've had so many messages and comments from people that are getting something from it, it was entirely worth it. Thank you my lovely xxx

      I think journaling often transitions into a book... fiction or non-fic, whatever you fancy! ugh, I swear most people are dealing with something these days unfortunately... the stresses of modern life coming out one way or another I guess...

    Hiya lovely, thinking of you, was it allergy tests you went for, that's what I am waiting to have done, I am suffering with my anxiety and skin rashes and no one knows what is causing it, hope today has been a good day for you, love Debbie xxx

      Yeah, I went privately in the end to get sorted. So it covered food, non-food - turns out I'm allergic to duck feathers too oddly! Explains the itchy eyes I've had - we've feather pillows! Get the tests done or maybe try exclusion diets in the mean time. Thank you my lovely, I hope you can figure out what's going on x

      Honestly Aine yeah, Im defo getting the tests done, Ive started an elimination diet now, It gets you down when you dont know whats going on! Thinking of you, have a wonderful weekend xxxxx
