Ya im not doing it for a Phantom 2 either. And I only have to pay that much because of tax since I'm a console player. I really hope they drop the sale on console soon
Honestly - it's hilarious as a primarily Air AB player hearing you say 'The MiG-21 can turn' - because the way almost every person I see play that damn thing plays it - you'd think it's only able to go straight unless it has 100 miles of clear room to actually make the turn.
@@rubotok3703 Except energy does you no good when that A-4E you missed snapped around expending most of it's energy - that it can't recover near as fast - to dodge your missile and then fire it's own cause you got just out of guns range - and the missile is faster than you are and goes right up your exhaust blowing you out of the sky. Then again assuming they all didn't buy their way to higher tiers in various ways it seems like a lot of the top tier players have forgotten how to actually dogfight (if they ever knew) and only know 'fly straight and use missile' and 'camp the spawn' or both.
the problem is that gaijiin made it so that you have to Ace your crew to not black out after turning for 2.5 seconds above 1.0 mach i mean seriously have any of you guys actually tried turning that thing in a fight without atleast expert qual?
@@WockhartEnthusiast I haven't, why I said all the ones I see. I've avoided grinding the RU line for years other than the occasional match usually because of some mission or just to turn what feels like easy mode on. Also haven't gotten that far in some of the non-RU trees that have MiG-21s. That said, other than things like G-suits I'd think that G-blackout would be the same for pretty much every aircraft over Mach 1. And while I don't know if it's partially because I play Arcade where maybe blackouts take a little longer or are less problematic - I don't have any ace crews, some only recently got expert for various reasons, and some don't even have the G-tolerance and the other one maxed out still which is sometimes annoying in planes that can snap high G turns or can easily go Mach 1 when not paying attention like the F-104, but I've found ways to work around to briefly cut how many G's I'm pulling or keep an eye on the stamina to know when I need to stop - not that I haven't gone over still in cases but when it's still mostly blacked out but you have some control still manage to fly and shoot things down. But again - that's arcade mode and I'd think the MiG-21's I face could do the same thing.
Surprised we haven't got a premium viggen for sweden or a Mirage 2k for france, or perhaps f111/ mirage 3 for Britain which would provide far far more worth. If Gaijin wanted to maximize profit, then a premium Tornado from Saudi wouldve fit in the british line as well. Im not against the Bison, actually hope to pick it up some day, but there is, in reality, better alternatives.
F111 i guess would come from Australia? That shits going to the USA cause if someone else got the best version of the Aardvark they'd lose their mind. The F111K, the British one was never built. They started building them and then the Brits pulled out, and they just used them for parts after that.
@@DevinEMILE correction- If Britain get the C, then America gets the F. Very simply. Hey @Tankenstein big fan and subscriber form India. And I really love your work. But right now I have a request to you and all of the Warth Thunder comunity to raise the issue to Gigin of putting Indian vehicles under British tech tree. I don't even know what are they thinking or smoking before putting Indian vehicles under Britts. To me its better to have no Indian vehicle in War Thunder rather having it under British tech tree... My suggestions- 1. They could have tech tree like israel as our vehicles are also diverse any highly modified and we also deserve it. 2.Or they can put Indian vehicle in their respective host nations like T90 Bhishma in Russian tech tree or Vijayanta in British tech tree (as it's origin is Britten I have no issue with that). 3. I don't know just remove it man....
Trust me - I get it. My family were Irish Catholics that came from, and still lived, in Belfast, and I was over there visiting them before 'The Troubles' ended, so seeing LÉ Orla in the British tree as a premium - a ship of the Republic of Ireland's Defence Forces which has been free of British Rule since 1921 after a years long war for independence, does to say the least grind my gears a little. It is here that I will side bar briefly for any of my fellow Americans who may not know/fully understand this, as well as any others, that there are basically 2 Irelands - the 'Republic of Ireland' (sometimes just called Ireland) which are the 26 free counties that are self governing, while 'Northern Ireland' are 6 counties in the north eastern part still under the control of the British government overall - to drastically over simplify things. End of Sidebar. And I will be upfront - I know nothing of the exact extent of India's military as to what they have and what they have had in the past, but in the case of the Republic of Ireland - I know a few of the planes they've had in the past that yeah - they can form a branch from Rank 1-5 with a handful of planes, and so I *really* hate to say it - but there just isn't enough to warrant it's own separate tab because it can't really make even 1 full tree from what I know and can find, might get a full - if perhaps odd looking - one from tanks as they have some more modern IFV's that would have to go through things like the Churchill, Comet, and armoured cars. So in that regard, it would make sense to be part of another tree, like UK, as a branch cause they don't need to make another tab which requires room and all, likely saves them on the technical/programming end, etc. So - it could well be that if there is not enough for a full line, at least not at this time because back in the day Italy was a branch of Germany (still have my crews/planes they were trained to), it's being folded in that way so that it's at least present - regardless of everything else. To which I would offer a 4th option - what it's called can be hammered later, but a tree that comprises several nations either tied by former British rule or maybe just generally, that on their own can maybe form part of a tech tree or a basis, with others able to perhaps fill in certain BR or rank gaps or so that it has multiple branches and isn't just a single line. So lets say on the air side India supports it's own full line, Ireland the early half of one with another country perhaps filling in the upper half or any BR gaps in the lower half, with say both also forming their own tank lines - possibly with additions from other nations if there are any larger gaps that they can fill. Though I know in the case of Ireland there's planes they confiscated during WW2 (as the Republic was neutral) as well as some 'what if' in planes that landed/crash landed and were either returned or scrapped and wouldn't complain about 'what if Ireland bought some F-16's' either but that's me.
