Yep that seem like a bug at they part as soon the game update it will take the normal amout of dmg like how you show with the class there no way they will let this class keep that 80% dmg on team mate if that was the case it will 100% broke in br and will be ban of ever event thay cod have with br if it of money

That happened in season... 3 maybe? With the merc 5 yellow snake, people were scared haha. Within time you realize that expensive skins doesn't really mean skilled player, but skilled players usually use 'rare' skins.

I expected the tank to kill a player in 1 shot still. Because explosion damage do not count towards damaging vest. It usually penetrates through the best this completely avoiding it. I exploded a tank and killed an enemy directly, checked that guy's loot and He had a 100% lvl 3 vest.
I was playing with a friend and he chose refitter class, however i encountered a full clan squad in the open and i was on level3 layers, in the beginning i thought they have bad aim but the refitter helped me alot and i managed to kill them all

to take cover quickly, I always calculate my shots, like, how much shots it takes for someone to die or get down, but I saw someone that did not die, and I tough he was hacking or I just missed, so I shot him with my last 2 shots I had in my magazine before reloading just to make sure he was down, and I think I left him with so low HP, like 2 or 3, I did not understand what happen, until I saw someone nearby him and drop something. I knew it was the refitter, but I didn't know what was so special about it, and I got snipe from the same guy. Thanks ZARA COD, now I know why and I will start shooting them until they die, not until they are down to attract their teammate and have more kills

Outside to the jugg-like buff to the player's durability for the first three shots, Medic still claps on this class and is more efficient simply because you can repair plates 100 percent in a combined 6 seconds and go to 150 health in 3 seconds. In a real battle refitter won't help much, only in between fighting each person in a multiple person battle. But more often than not, you are fighting 1-2 people while your squad handles the rest, and even then Medic is more efficient due to faster revive and healing times that can be abused as long as you have enough resources
