I was 15 when this came out. I was on a band trip and my friends told me to listen to it. My ears were not ready for this sonic overload. I kept missing them in concert, over the years, and was finally able to see them right before Oderous passed away.

Showing my age, but I actually saw Gwar on the Scumdogs of the Universe tour. One of the best shows I've seen. And I've seen hundreds of bands. I got a tour shirt and my hair got dyed red from the blood being shot out from Gwar.

Part of me does but part of me doesn't. I hate it because of the whole "destroy all humans" aspect. I WOULD hate the fact that they did Norse Mythology but that's only references so I'm cool with that. Much of the blood (although I know it's all fake & I learned what it's made out of from Wikipedia). As well as the bad words. I say that cuz I'm 13. I do however like the lore & character backstories though. RIP Master Oderus. We shall try not to forget u thanks to this song

Seen them live a few times they are one band you should see at least once in your life before you die, great live show also saw them play without their costumes many many years ago. The theaters power blew out so everyone thought show was over and they went backstage and removed everything, but the owners got the power back on and so GWAR said F it and decided to play without costumes on,they made sure the show went on,great band they love their fans...even if we are human filth.

I made it once. But some dumbass was standing behind me holding his girlfriend and his elbow kept digging into my ribcage. I told him hey dude can you move your elbow. He didn't budge, so I reach back and shoved his elbow away from my ribs and he starts bitching, saying I was trying to cop a feel on his lady which I wasn't, that pissed me off being falsely accused. Anyway, Some bystander pushed me out from the front stage and the crowd there just started pushing me further back until the venue staff got me and told me I had to leave the venue. Fuckin asshole. This was at the marquee venue in Tempe, az. Nothing but a bunch of greedy racists pricks working there. I know because I'm native and I'vee seen other white dudes act like fools there and they don't kick them out. Right after that a few weeks later I hear oderus left.
