Right now I will clear up the confusion regarding the infamous Chekov "W" in his V and W speech pronouncing controversy. Russian words that derive from English such as *website* are spelled as *"vebsite"* and pronounced with a V in Russian, but Russians frequently code the Russian V back into the English W. When Russians speak, they frequently code back into English when speaking in spoken Russian, thus such words that are spelled in Russian that begin with a V when and should be pronounced with a v sound but but Russians code back into W and the English W sound, but this is is done to *alter Russian words* back into English when Russians speak Russian, not altering English words themselves when Russians speak in spoken English. A Russian speaker normally wouldn't say, "nuclear whistles", when asking for nuclear vessels when speaking spoken English, he or she would just say it normally as spoken "nuclear vessels".

Normally, if a russian kid studies well at school he or she speaks W like W and V like V. Depends on language abilities.
