the cut as Charlie says 'right....it's been a pleasure' to the shot of him walking out with the synth kicking in is probably one of the best uses of music in film ever.
And that he still needed his dad's help, even though he's tougher than nails, makes it more than just funny. Trying to force the door open, causing the whole car the shake, was a nice touch at the end. Not sure if that was improvised or in the script, but so much is said in these scenes without being said.
@@selcouth86 It's because the "child lock" feature is still in use, that's how long it's been since someone has used the back seat, since "Charly" was a small boy. I know British/Japanese/German cars had it, don't know about American.
The items in the basket all mean nothing to Bronson. A comb since he has no hair, a watch since he has no sense of time, and a day planner since he has no real plan.
How good is Tom Hardy in this portrayal of Bronson. It`s not a Question. It`s a fact. He`s bloody brilliant! What a uniquely talented actor this guy is.
This movie demonstrates why Tom Hardy is by far one of the best actors of our time. Conveys the best Comedy, drama, violence, sadness, rage, disgust. The man truly does it all.
You should. It's fun. No rent No Bills. No commitments. Not much stress atleast not as much as the outside world. Free Food and Haircuts. Laundry taken care of...the list goes on.
Tom Hardy plays a brilliant role as Charlie Bronson..LOL when he cannot get the car door open because the child lock is on..classic film...go and watch Toms interview about him and on him meeting Bronson himself
What a fuckin scene, by far one of my favorite movies. One my favorite scenes period, I come back to this little montage sometimes it really is fantastic
Cheeky bugger, I like the way he smiles when he checks out his address book. To have the vision to put these images with this music, bravo Mr. Refn - bravo!
This movie is so damn good !!!! I honestly didn't give two shits about Tom Hardy till i saw this & now hes more Legend than that movie he plays in with that title lol
When he picks up the comb and says “Very funny boys” is probably my favorite example of British dry humor ever 😂
The manliest walk I've ever seen.

Totally agree , love that part it just fits so well..
Love the awkward handshake with his dad
Tom Hardy's best performance of all time, and that's saying something about the man.
The moment when he can't get out of the car is just hilarious.

I 💘 both comments.

this scene is pure genius/hilarious, it doesn't needed any dialogues. only the camera angles, music and body language made this scene hilarious Lol
Before this movie I never saw something that was equal parts funny, disturbing and sad, but they pulled it off
The use of music in Bronson was brilliant. I've always loved this song - amazed it took this long for it to be used in a film.
Very funny, boys.
