for the persons that may see this comment and wonder how to does the turns work, it's quite easy: if the last ammo has been shot, no matter who was the target, nor the result, the person who has shot won't start the next turn, even if he handcuffed the opponent. So, if you want to start the next turn, you'll either have to force the opponent to shoot the last ammo, or drink a soda to drop the last bullet. At least that's what i understood from watching the game.
