Nice Phish easter egg! Run like an antelope outta control!
I have been waiting for a team built 61 Strat for almost a year now. It’s supposed to be in this month like it was every month for the past eight months. I didn’t know about these build because it would’ve been worth the extra money to me. Good show guys!
Hi guys, just want to say that I love your videos and that you upload as often as you do.. keep it up and keep safe 👍🏻 much love from Denmark 🇩🇰
Thanks a bunch my friend! My mother is obsessed with Denmark now because of that darn Vikings show...I may need an intervention:)
Cool 😁
Another great video guys! I always start my day with a cup of coffee, and a good laugh, with you guys. Please keep up the good work.
Thank you guys for taking the time out of your day to deliver us this great content :)

Always enjoy starting my day with a casino talking video. Thanks for the Daily uploads guys!
also how you know Baxter is a Phish fan. "Run Like An Antelope"
Idea for a video. Can you go through the guitars on the wall behind you? I assume they belong to you guys. Have wanted to know more about them for a while.
There was a Prestige Guitar hollow body hanging on the wall in used inventory that I researched, to find that it was one of a limited run of six guitars ordered from Prestige Guitars of Vancouver, BC. The dealer that placed the limited run order for the customer of Casino Guitars bought three and upgraded one to chrome hardware with coil-split humbuckers, so five of six had gold hardware with standard 'buckers. That's one... Check Casino Guitars used and new inventory list.
I'm my own personal custom master builder apprentice at MyHouse. The fiesta red MH JB60 with stacked pots is my favorite. It has a rock solid neck with a perfectly smooth fret job, 6230 nickel frets, nicely rolled edges, and dialed in low action; Fralin pups, correct pots, caps, etc; Gotoh Res-O-Lite reversed tuners, etc.
Since all Fenders are “parts guitars” as Leo intended, I thought what could be the difference between a master built and an assembly line model. Then I played one....and it wasn’t just the look. It was the sound, the feel, the way it made me feel etc
Well, obviously those parts are going to get a little more TLC in the Custom Shop or Master Builder's shop.
Phish head!! I kinda figured you were a huge Phish-head when I heard you mention Languedoc guitars on more than one occasion. I went to a couple dozen shows between 97 through to Big Cypress on new year's 2000. After 7 solid hours of playing (11:45 pm New year's eve to 7 am) along with 2-3 sets per day, I was pretty much done with going to their shows. I had reached THAT point where I just decided that I've heard all and seen everything they can do and just stopped paying attention or trying to go to any shows even though I have friends (early 40's, married w/kids etc that still go on runs during every tour) trying to recruit me back in. I did finally see them again in 2017 or 2018 in Atlanta and it was a tremendous show and they are still killing it!
That Flamingo guitar Vincent did has been a dream of mine ever since he started posting parts of it on Instagram.
This is an amazing idea!! I NEED a Tele, this may be the way.
Thank you, they have the talent, and they can build it!!!
My thought exactly- Tele P90 neck .... gotta have it
Literally researching a tele build myself.
Great new info . . . . thanks guys
Jonathan brings up a very good point. An apprentice could maybe be compared to a college athlete. I personally find college football much more exciting to watch than the NFL and I believe that is because these guys have something to prove. Looking at this from this perspective definitely puts an apprentice build on my radar.
Back when I was a Karate (Kenpo) student, I remember that my Sifu did teach a technique where you - in essence - run away. It was called "Intellectual departure". 🧐
You guys always offer content that is somehow different than the rest I enjoy your perspective and if I ever get that way I will definitely drop in to Peach . .... any lefties on the wall? Chip
Thanks a ton and we’d love to see you! No lefties at the moment but hopefully more coming soon!
I bet if anyone has a John Cruz apprentice Master Build they are loving it now.
Cunetto/Cruz seen some on reverb.
What!? That's awesome! Gonna have to think about an apprentice build for my next order. :-)
Can you pretty please do a mini episode on the Tone King Sky King amp?
You guys are successfully thwarting my efforts to ignore my GAS! Good job, I guess! Lol
Seriously though, I like this idea, an apprentice built custom guitar. Not sure why but it just seems really cool. Again, maybe a good job on your part as guitar sales gurus!
"Run Like an Antelope" is a Phish song, I believe from the album Lawn Boy. 😁
It's a good one!
Love the videos boys. Question about long term valuing of the apprentice builds… say 15/20 years from now, will the fact that it was a now Master builder’s work make it more valuable because it was an early example, or will the fact that the builder wasn’t named ‘Master’ at the time make them more, ‘only an apprentice build’ in retrospect? Any thoughts?
This Apprentice Built option is 100% new to me, and I don't think the custom instrument I want is available as a team built. As long as it's Custom Shop quality I'm not sure if I care as much who builds it.
What is that gold tele with the wide range humbuckers in the background? I want one!
What was the lt blue s-type with no pick guard I saw hanging a couple days ago?
Thanks Casino. ⚓️
I feel so much less special now. ;)

Thinking about getting CS 1967 strat!
Ummm yes! Give us a shout if you wanna talk about it or have any questions!
I just ordered a Vincent Van Trigt Strat... 4 years to wait for it
Damn, 4 years? When did you order it? What did you ask for?
I’ve always wondered why this didn’t exist. Even when I called Fender about a custom shop guitar they didn’t mention it. Wonder how long has been an option?
i love this channel
Hmm...wonder if The Custom Shop would build me a Mustang Bass. Can't afford it right now, but I've been a seriously hard core fan of that bass for 50 years.
Could y’all talk about the Mod Shop? Can those be ordered through my local shop or you guys? I’m thinking about getting a tele through that program...
Great idea!!! And yes, do it through your local shop if possible! They can help and it makes them look good for team fender as well:)
@@CasinoGuitars
Man, that’s great to know.
I thought the Mod Shop was just a skip the middle man and buy direct from Fender thing. I have been seriously opposed to companies like Fender and Gibson selling direct to customers since they started doing it. I think it undermines small dealers and the local music communities in smaller towns. Obviously, it’s a different story for smaller “boutique” builders who have to use every tool at their disposal to get their work out into the world.
I’m glad to know that I can help my local Fender dealer and still get a Mod Shop in the process. My dealer isn’t a Custom Shop dealer so when I’m ready to step up to a Custom Shop (and I’ve been seriously considering it for the near future) I’ll definitely buy from you guys if I buy a Fender, but right now it’s a toss up between a Fender, Novo and since I just got my first Les Paul a few weeks ago Gibson might be on my now radar too.
Youse guys ( could have said y’all ..but I’m from New Yawk ) are either making a bunch of videos all at once ..or..not changing your shirts ( and who knows whatever else ) very often ....Either way ..Keep on keeping on ..and ..watch the store every so often 👍😎🎸

"I'm hope they get leveled up soon, they get to take that mushroom, grow... get the fire balls too."
Violin makers have been doing this for hundreds of years. It's an interesting history to see who studied under Stradivari or Amati.
The pink Tele is back!! Long live the pink tele!!
So how do we order apprentice builds?
Having an apprentice build a guitar is a great idea. It gives you a custom made instrument plus gives the apprentice another step up closer to being a master. It's a win win situation
I also feel like an apprentice would come at the whole thing with a mindset of proving themselves or showcasing their abilities... and ya never know the builder may become super collectible etc.
Now go get a big ass tattoo done by an apprentice, yeah didn't think so.
Is that the Squier Custom shop aka Apprentice build ???
Phish; love it!!
Do you have any spike? Man?
Why is that gold tele in the middle turning into the dragon page tele😮
I paused this video, went away for several minutes, and then Baxter says “social work for dolphins”. I lost it.
What is going on with the Telecaster on the wall at 09:58?
The Gold one is an Echopark the Pink one is a Todd Krause masterbuilt Fender
Guitar Morph! @ 10:00 in to Fender Custom Shops Best Kept Secret a Tele Custom morphs into a sweet looking, custom painted Telecaster!
Anybody notice the guitars change in the background?
Is Marco Escuandolas a Fender Master builder apprentice?
Why did the Tele in the middle top row change?
It’s the guitar he’s talking about from Vincent just an effect
I had an ...86? John Cruz USA (non custom shop)
It may have been an 87... but it’s a rare Bahama green w lace sensors
I am absolutely convinced that on some level, mushrooms and fire balls ARE involved in the making of this video.
Acid and vodka energy
Hey guys I just noticed the Hagstrom on the wall. I have a 67 same exact color, my Dad has the same color but gold hardware and a 69 nicer model.
This may be common knowledge however I myself had no idea. Have to sell a couple things. Call you guys next month.
I need an apprentice built semi hollow Tele.
They’re out there and we can get ya one made if you’re looking!!!
My mind is blown. I’ve never heard this.
I had to rewind when the Flamingo guitar appeared in the background and then disappeared. Can you say flashback?
I thought I was crazy.... Like "isn't that it behind your head?!" I also had to rewind the video... LoL
Right! 10:00 mark... what the...
Run like an antelope is Phish! C'mon Baxter give us a hard one!
Future episode: "Dolphins play guitars!" They're incredibly smart, and besides I don't know anyone that can tuna fish as well as a dolphin. When your Snark tuna breaks off the headstock clip, you can still use it for your tuna fish. Master Builder Apprentice: sounds like the old Avis ad slogan, "We're #2 so we try harder."
Is this video going to get taken down by Fender? This seems like some top secret info.
"Yeah man, this finish is so sick it KILLED THE GUY WHO MAD IT!!!" - would it get any more rock 'n roll than that?
Out of control!
Baxter is a Phan!
where’s the shoreline gold Squier Contemporary Jaguar with 2-humbuckers? !!!
Imo the difference in build times at the fender custom shop are more a reflection of the public's taste in relic'ing rather than the actual quality of guitar building. Find it hard to believe Vincent's build quality is higher than Waller, Galuszka, Thorn or Fessler.
Run like an antelope! Out of control! It's a Phish thing... they wouldnt understand! Nice work dude!
yo, phish ester egg. well done
I do custom guitar's.

Yes please:) jonathan is clueless when I do those things!
“...out of control.”
I've been scratch building Fender style guitars for many years. There's no magical skills needed, it just woodworking until it time to put the finish on. That's where the talent is. I've been a master electrical contractor for over 20 years. I know from experience that just because you may be able to pass the state exam. It doesn't make you a true master. I see it all the time and it's not a good thing in my trade.
Saying "it's just woodworking" is like saying The Sistine Chapel was just a paint job.
@@MrPhins at one point in time, that’s all it was.
Yeah, I wish I could buy guitars in that tier... #toomanysquires
You really need an opening intro song. It always feels like we're coming in, in the middle of a conversation

Jonathan’s fret buzz theme was his “Thick as a Brick” ... give him time to recover
They are intentionally doing a "cold open" ... (which is cool with me)

Custom Shop Advice of the Day. There's this guy named Smith.......son of Dan Smith.....If you don't know who Dan is you know NOTHING about Fender. Casino needs to become Bosom Buddies with Mister Smith in the C.S. I can say no more. 🔮

how do you afford a custom shop? If I had 10 grand to blow, I'd get an american pro and a rolex submariner.

i love latino women. something about being called poppy...
No big secret but the CS guitars are ridiculously overpriced. I work in a place where I get to play many CS guitars and my Nash tele smokes all of them at less than half the price.
