I really appreciate this guy. I've seen several realtor videos, but this guy doesn't seem like he's only here to generate business. He seems genuinely kind and helpful. He gives info beyond, "call me when you're in the market". I'm looking at moving within the next 5 years to MN. I'm calling this guy.
Do you have any experience with your past clients moving with more than the standard 2 pets? My husband and I aren't looking to be stuck doing a contingent sale out of state, but we're having to get creative thinking of places we can stay with our 4 pets in the meantime. Most rentals wouldn't take us and at this point we're considering buying a camping trailer to stay in for 1 to 3 months. Not ideal lol
Thank you for this vital information. I have a question, so what if you live out of state and you are trying to find a job in MN, will you still qualify to buy?
Assuming your current job isn't remote, you (typically) just need an offer letter from your new job in MN in order to qualify for the mortgage. Most employers can do job interviews virtually, so people apply for and land their jobs, then work on purchasing.
I got a job in mannisota as early relocate there and I have to need nearby apartment living with my Wife ..kindly suggest me Thanking you share this video
I’m trying to move to Minnesota from ohio but, I’m nervous I have 3 kids. We want buy a house but maybe rent for 6 months then buy? I need very good schools safe neighborhood, parks, lakes, trails for walking, nature. Help 😩 I never move with kids before.
I've got four kids of my own and we really enjoy MN. We love our kids school (public), never really feel unsafe. Shoot me an email and we can set up a time to chat. jcarmack@kw.com
pick somewhere else to move to 😆 unless you 're coming from a few of the higher taxed states like NY or CA get prepared for higher car insurance premiums (like 50 % higher ) , get prepared for higher car tabs if you insist on driving a newer status type car (that's why the rest of us drive clunkers😉), get prepared to like being mostly w/ your immediate family or entirely by yourself - the saying goes ," If you move to Minnesota , bring your own friends" - otherwise it's a great place for training to be a hermit for when you decide to relocate to a mountain retirement home . We've lived here over 30 years so have some experience w/ Minnesota culture . Be prepared for people w/ a mindset of being Swedish or Norwegian or whatever ethnic origin rather than being American 🤔. Finally, if you happen to have a member of your family w/ special needs be prepared to be marginalized even in church groups . As for weather , most people come out during the months of May through October . Hibernation is the norm during the cold months - late January to mid February is the coldest period w/ temps cooler than Alaska at that same time frame . The weather is the least of what makes it challenging to live here.
Anything I missed? Drop it here and I'll get back to you! 👇

Do you know some head hunters or job agencies?
I don't off hand. What job/field? I can ask around
I'm going to guess that you are a Libra.
Your guess is as good as mine. 🤷🏼♂️😅
