My cat is ALSO a scam artist. I'll be feeding my 3 month old baby girl and suddenly he comes...and nearly every time I feed her...gives me the saddest most pathetic eyes and acts starving. So I get up while also holding my baby to feed the cat (I have learned to multi-task), I look in his bowl and his bowl is perfectly fine. Can't even see the bottom. >.
A cat tried to do the same thing to me. He kept showing up outside of my apartments, and he was so sweet and friendly that I started feeding him. The premium, good food. Then one day, when I was trying to quickly close my front door, he slipped into my apartment. I was telling him "No, no, no," softly at first, but he didn't respond. Finally, I yelled, "GET OUT!" And thankfully, he listened and turned right around and left. I have no idea how to even capture a stray. He became a stalker cat and started waiting for me to come home, so I started coming in through the back entrance to the apartments. Until he figured it out and started showing up there, too. My pet peeve is stalking. I stopped feeding him and eventually, he stopped showing up. God knows where he is now. Super sweet cat, but I was not ready for that kind of commitment. This is what cats do, they will bamboozle you into adopting them. You have to be firm if that's not your jam!
This clip was posted an hour ago. Conan’s been off the air for a while at this point and TBS doesn’t play reruns (at least that can find evidence for), so why does it still open with the Conan on TBS card?

Two things: You don't wear goggles to weld! You would burn your retinas. You need a special welding helmet (like Debbie in later seasons of Shameless, btw). You do not get a female "neutered". A female is spayed. I also hope she is not proud of her human children in the way she is proud of her dog!
With respect, as the son of a welder dad and a vet mom, I am trouble with this comment. Many hard-working professionals prefer standard gas welding goggles over "special welding helmets," as you call them. Moreover, the verb "to neuter" can indeed refer to either spaying or castration.
