I woke up this morning but had prayed I wouldn't. At 50 I was in great shape & exercised vigorously. 4 years later and my body is broken along with my mind. Health problems and grief have destroyed me.
I can't hike far or run anymore and I stay indoors and it has became my tomb. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain all day but I'm going somewhere outside. Thank you so much!
