Changing the handle riser won't affect the the cable length. You still use stock cable

are you facing any noise from engine..
especially like this scenario
in
1st gear -20-30kmph
2nd gear 40-45kmph
3rd gear 50-55kmph
4th gear 60-65 kmph
5th gear 70-80kmph
there is a noise like something is loose near the engine which is likely coming from frond side.
and it sound like key chain vibration..
i suspect it would be timing chain Noise or tappet noise
