I visited the Royal Enfield store in Bathinda Punjab province. The folks in the store were incredibly welcoming like this chap. The prices were so reasonable compared to the Canadian stores. The bikes were almost 50% of the cost in Canada. Just shows how much we are ripped off in the western world., one thing RE will have to watch… is out pricing the local Indian folks in search of conquering the western world markets. We would see folks ride up and get their tires switched in like 30 minutes…here you need to book an appointment like a month in advance….
Lucky guys, the pair of you. Would love to be having lunch at that cafe right now. India is a country I’ve dreamed about visiting for a long time. Well done for bringing such great content Freddie and Monica

I loved the look of that bike, and seeing it at school every day as a 13 year old, it inspired me to become a rider and now I have been riding since 1968... I thought very little of Harley's after that year, always seeing that Enfield. The following year that rider bought a basket case Vincent Black Shadow and spent a year rebuilding it. Motorcycling is one of the world's best pastimes...
Freddie, your enthusiasm for RE is infectious, specially in this vid. I used to have a Meteor so completely get your affection for the Classic 350. I've since moved on to other bikes but I do sometimes miss the lethargic thump that encourages the rider to take it slow and just enjoy the ride.

There’s loads of great videos on UA-cam detailing the history of Royal Enfield, The Flying Flea, they invented the swinging arm rear setup, oldest manufacturer, longest production bike in history………… fantastic history, love ❤ it 🏍️👏

Freddie this has got to your best video yet I think you were blown away the passion for bikes in India is amazing , I just need to get and ride if only it was like that in the Uk . Thanks for you and Monica showing your trip 😊so emotional 😢
There is a trick to getting the old UCE classic into neutral without starting the engine. Rock the bike front and back a fair bit, with the clutch in and pulling the gear lever in the direction of neutral. It will pop into neutral. Have been doing that for the past 13 years on my Classic 500. Also the race trim GT650, up on the stand, inside the showroom is the GT cup version, which is used in the GT650 exclusive race series organised by Royal Enfield, with company bikes and mechanics. Race is conducted at Kari motor-speedway in a city called Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in the same state of India all the Royal enfield bikes are manufactured. Anyways. Nice to see you riding on Indian roads the right way, on a quirky Royal Enfield. Ride safe and I look forward to more videos.
What a fantastic shop that was some brilliant bikes there and to see a flying flea just amazing so envious there not many of them left and are worth a fortune
5:44 - Those are based on the Bullet Trials, we got them in the UK too. Best looking Bullet/Classic they ever made in my opinion, though not sure about the addition of that luggage as practical as it undoubtedly is. Don't let the styling fool you, they're identical to the normal Bullets in terms of suspension etc so they still suck off road, but as a styling exercise I really like them. I'd own one for sure, they'd suit my Cornish lanes perfectly.
A few years back, I came across a flying flea at a classic car auction, but passed on it because it was missing the engine/trans. A few months later I came across an engine and the cage that they used to drop the bikes from airplanes, I was SO upset with myself for not buying the flea.
Something tells me you will be hanging out there most days! Co working space for the video production?? Are you going to rent out the New Himalayan for a review? Great production as ever , Monica’s getting some Indian themed music in there too 👍👍👍
What a cracking place ! Quality video thankyou. Suns come out in Cornwall this morning, so hopefully the roads will dry out a bit so I can take the Octane for a spin 🏍️ 💨
Hey Freddie and Monika. Great video and a real treat to see all those Royal Enfields together at the dealer. I’m with you in being partial to the Classic350. How time flys back in 2003 I was in private accommodations probably 3-4 properties down from that showroom which at the time wasn't there , great memories, super chilled , would be there again in a heartbeat def . Superb bikes and yeh that interceptor wow .
The prices always seemed amazing when you come from England I remember once we got a taxi from baga beach area to coco beach I can't even remember where it was now But it was a long trip the bloke even stopped for petrol when we got there he said I'll wait and he waited for hours we bought him something to eat, When we got back we thought this was going to be some price but the whole thing only came to about £5 We gave him a 100 rupee tip and he said you must be very rich men it was about £1 I think. That would make a nice drive out on the bike a trip to coco beach if you can find it on the map. I'm going back 20 yrs though.
The adventure ready bike is i think a 500 Woodsman. Available until recently in the UK. Fabulous place. Royal Enfield have created their own culture within the biking culture. And it us to be applauded. All inclusive. Something for everyone. Love it.. Ride safe 👍

What a beautiful video man, Amazingly portrayed and carried on Camera, wonderful shots and truly an amazing place. Royal Enfield forever ❤
Outstanding content. It's great to see that enthusiasm, but wow, what a location!
Yes GOA is a Beautiful Place
THANKS FREDDIE AND MONICA FOR TAKING US ON A DAY OUT YET AGAIN !!
They just opened a new RE dealership in Khon Kaen Thailand, scaled down version of that. The opening party was fantastic, some great bands, free burger and one free beer, hundreds there. Great video, thanks man, I love the passion in India, love to go there, but my health poor, still ride, Enfield in Thailand Vespa in Portugal.
I was able to go with my dad (in his 70’s) to pick up his brand new RE 650 Super Meteor in Brisbane, Australia just a few days ago. I hope he’ll get lots of enjoyment riding this beautiful bike.
Your review was part of the lead up to him making the decision to take a test ride. Thanks Freddie and Monica.
I love these videos from Freddie, his storytelling holds your attention, and Monica knows how to film perfectly and professionally.
What a fantastic place, it's sad the UK lost grip of motorcycle production, but good to see it being managed better by people who care. I don;t think you sold the dusrty look with Monika 😄
There’s loads of great videos on UA-cam detailing the history of Royal Enfield, The Flying Flea, they invented the swinging arm rear setup, oldest manufacturer, longest production bike in history………… fantastic history, love ❤ it 🏍️👏
Thank you Freddie and Monica for showing us that amazing place. I want to go now. And yes the natural state of a Himalayan should be slightly dented and filthy.
Freddie this has got to your best video yet I think you were blown away the passion for bikes in India is amazing , I just need to get and ride if only it was like that in the Uk . Thanks for you and Monica showing your trip 😊so emotional 😢
LOL Monika is always the sensible one, I agree the clean one is preferable! Great video Monika and Freddie
Great insight into RE in India. Love your enthusiasm. Excellent video.
What a fantastic shop that was some brilliant bikes there and to see a flying flea just amazing so envious there not many of them left and are worth a fortune
Beautiful Freddie your love and enthusiasm is an antidote to any malaise, I salute you Sir.
I have a 1963 cast iron G2 "Made in England" 350. A Gt535 of 2014 and one AVL 350 thunderbird of 2006.
This is a superb video… great quality and making me want to get to Goa myself and jump on an Enfield. 👊😎👍
Another awesome video, the guy showing you around, has alot of passion
5:44 - Those are based on the Bullet Trials, we got them in the UK too. Best looking Bullet/Classic they ever made in my opinion, though not sure about the addition of that luggage as practical as it undoubtedly is. Don't let the styling fool you, they're identical to the normal Bullets in terms of suspension etc so they still suck off road, but as a styling exercise I really like them. I'd own one for sure, they'd suit my Cornish lanes perfectly.
Enjoyed that, what a chilled environment, looking forward to more updates. Ride safe.
A few years back, I came across a flying flea at a classic car auction, but passed on it because it was missing the engine/trans. A few months later I came across an engine and the cage that they used to drop the bikes from airplanes, I was SO upset with myself for not buying the flea.
Your videos are the best! I'm going to make it to Goa one day, it looks like such a special place!
❤ From India 🇮🇳
Thanks Manju🙌🏻
Beautiful cafe and so much RE history. Enjoy Freddie!
Subscribed. I love watching videos like this. Feels like a kid in Wonderland.
Something tells me you will be hanging out there most days! Co working space for the video production?? Are you going to rent out the New Himalayan for a review? Great production as ever , Monica’s getting some Indian themed music in there too 👍👍👍
When Freddie says start !!!!!! bike just does what it wants.. Be it a Triumph or Royal Enfield Just love it !!!
After checking the registration plate, the classic 350 appears to have been registered in 2016!
Thank you for checking this!
What a cracking place ! Quality video thankyou. Suns come out in Cornwall this morning, so hopefully the roads will dry out a bit so I can take the Octane for a spin 🏍️ 💨
You have to check out jawa perak
I’ve saved this, thank you🙌🏻
Yezdi in India. Indian Jawa.
I have a real JAWA 250 Perwac 1973. My only 2 stroke bike in my collection.
Freddie, if you can. I would love for you to rent the new Himalayan 450 and give us a opinion of how you feel about it.
White wedding by Billy Idol.. interesting choice.. but anyway.. the bikes.. oh my.. heaven..
22:15 that's what A real man's Choice is. We love character rawness and originality, dusty bike looks way beautiful than new spotless condition
Hey Freddie and Monika. Great video and a real treat to see all those Royal Enfields together at the dealer. I’m with you in being partial to the Classic350. If it were only possible to buy one in India ( at Indian prices ) and bring it back home. Unfortunately gov’t reg. make it impossible. Goa looks like a very interesting place. Another tick on the to do list. Thanks for sharing. Cheers and ride safe, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
You could feel Freddie's pain when the guy said "Royal Enfield used to be an English brand, now purely Indian. "
@9. 50 minutes the guysmiled from bottom of his heart saying 2 stroke 🤘🏻⭐️😁
Hi Freddy, the best vlog yet mate, never really been into that Royal's but after seeing the vlog and the older versions, would def have a look, well done Fred on a great vlog
This is the best ROYALENFIELD review ever. Thanks bro.🎉
Another amazing video! You two are quickly becoming my favorite TV show! You also are making me want to ditch my Riad King for a Classic 350!
The blue scooter at 09:40 is a Fentabulous. Enfield India also made the mini Bullet (200cc) and Crusader (175 cc) - both 2 stroke. The Mofa moped was launched in 1990.
Enfield India also collaborated with Zundapp, W.Germany
Quality Freddie! Mate I'm slowly coming around to the GT Continental 650 as a firm fav. Awesome stuff!
How time flys back in 2003 I was in private accommodations probably 3-4 properties down from that showroom which at the time wasn't there , great memories, super chilled , would be there again in a heartbeat def . Superb bikes and yeh that interceptor wow .
Man this is such a good video , finally happy to see Freddie exploring one of the best bits of motorcycling culture in India
20 yrs ago average driver salary was 6k something.. now it's 35k..
500 rupees was alot then.
Welcome to India..Have a safe travel in India brother...
Hope India gives you good memories..
The adventure ready bike is i think a 500 Woodsman. Available until recently in the UK.
Fabulous place.
Royal Enfield have created their own culture within the biking culture. And it us to be applauded. All inclusive. Something for everyone.
Love it..
Ride safe 👍
We sit here, you do our travelling for us - Brilliant - thanks to you both.
5:49 The two here are the bullet trials. Proper upswept silencer for offroading. Launched in 2019 limited edition. Now they are used as home servicing bikes, the man who guided you the dealership , also mentioned about home bike servicing...yeah
These are for used for home servicing purposes only now.....and Shoutout to the man who showed you around.....flying flea..hmmm....RE introduced the Royal Enfield Pegasus in honour of flying fleas..which was sold here as the classic 350 signals
