Steele isn't wrong.. i find it hard to believe that the judge doesn't realize how much leeway he gives the state and only "takes them to task" outside the presence of the jury.

The Judge knows what he’s doing he’s not stupid . You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge, that man will never admit to being biased .
And then, at the very end, he still didn’t really understand what the actual point was on defense side. He kept making it about Attorney Steele’s feelings. He’s not embarrassed by anything🤦🏽♀️ no one on the prosecution state side is even on anyone on the defense level of aptitude. The defense is way more educated and has way more accolades than anyone on the prosecution and it shows. everyone on the defense side went to Ivy League colleges or renown institutions. I looked it up. Everyone on the State literally went to like Morris Brown and very low state colleges. It was never about feelings it’s all about respect and understanding that when Attorney Steele speaks, he knows what he’s talking about the judge plays with him like he supposed to be a dummy or something this man is million attorney he be talking to him reckless🙄 that man literally gets paid to not make mistakes so I don’t know why he don’t know that he’s always going to come correct. Is the judge that’s doing everything unprofessionally, and not according to Law. Never seen a judge so biased. He needs to recuse himself instantly for real before he gets disbarred.

The jurors are likely thinking ...."Boy, Judge really gave it to Steele, no doubt Steele must be screwing up or else the judge wouldn't continually yell at him". I hope Steele gets the judge recused. This is the most unprofessional judge I have ever watched.

Nah, i’m in Atlanta. Everyone here knows that he’s biased. We can see it. That jury are young Black people so we can see what’s going on. Fulton County is mostly young Black people and I remember like the first two days of court. It got leaked what the jury looked like. Everybody is from the age of 18-40. They see the games that are being played.

If I'm any defendant on this case, I would be soooo happy this is going on. Any conviction would be doomed in an appellate court. This should have been declared at mistrial 1 week into it. So much has happened to this point, the prosecutor should want a second chance to get this right.

The energy for the defense vs the state is obviously compeltly different. I'm not for either side but the judge doesnt even hear out the defenses full sentence before making a ruling but the state can literally keep rambling.
