Very clearly explained, with pictorial representations. Question - SCRUM Board need to be created Offline or Online? which is more preferred in case Team is collocated then Offline will definitely work, at the same time if Team is spread globally then Is Online SCRUM Board is preferred? Does product backlog can change during sprint development? If there are some new initiatives from business users.
Product Backlog items can be updated at any time by the Product Owner or at the Product Owner's discretion. It's updated daily but usually due to completion of items in there and not due to addition of new items. You can refer to this video for more details: ua-cam.com/video/TxUzyDIVjL8/v-deo.html
