My husband proposed Valentine's Day 2020, after 12 years and 3 kid's. I was all for getting engaged and married 2-4 years into our relationship but he didn't want too, then we started having kid's and I just thought we'd never marry and was actually getting to the point of being fine with that. Then he proposed out of nowhere. August 2021 we got married with our family, and my kid's walked down the aisle before me and it was so special having them there with us.
