I bought it a few months ago and it took a long time to receive it. I had to pay another 480 euros more, for customs expenses (I live in Spain) and VAT, which they had not told me when I made the contribution. And the bike is not really worth what I paid for it
How do you prevent people from stealing the seatpost? There's no security there for it and you just lost your seatpost, battery, and 300 bucks for a new one
You can either just remove it and take it inside with you and lock the bike outside or just take THE ONE inside with you (it's only 25 x 64 x 76,5 cm when folded).
Hi Denzel, we suggest to use a steel cable lock which you can secure both in the same way, seat post and bike (www.amazon.com/Master-Lock-Cable-Looped-72DPF/dp/B000BD8IQ4/ref=sr_1_23?keywords=bike+lock+cable&qid=1564413446&s=gateway&sr=8-23)!
My wheel is not even due to an accident. "8" what can I replace it with?
At 0:28 "it's not a tiny bike".
At 1:00 "it's tinyyyy".

🤣🤦🏾♂️😂😂😩
Hi, is there a throttle mode on this - i.e. can it be used without peddaling at all?
Yes, we offer a US version of THE ONE which can be used without pedaling.

1:07 why did she say the price makes it like a present when it costs a thousand dollars?

The guy on the bike is as annoying as it gets, ugh!
I would buy it too:)
:-)
@Jesse Remington their reputation online is horrible, scamming people for money. I bought Fiido D11 instead and I can't be happier :)
