Live singing is different than studio singing some extreme notes are in once in a while flow or cannot be sung while standing or moving around. Also they need to protect their voice Incase it's not in best condition due to weather or other reasons. They can loose their voice if it's strained especially doing those high notes. That's why even with seasoned singers, some songs are better live and some studio recorded with breaks or few tries .
