If you didn't know, there is also a YFTK clone of Spica Pro, it's being sold exclusively in an italian vape shop. Apparently, it's 1:1 with the original and even better than the Coppervape clone (some people reported problems with the JFC holes on the CP clone)

I heard from this RTA before and after this review I had to get my hands on it. First, I brought the Coppervape Clone and it provides an awesome flavor and throathit, so I also got the original and the helix kit for the clone should arrive in some weeks from far east.
I can confirm, there should not be so much cotton in the juice ports and the cotton should in length just cover the two juice holes, otherwise you have the risk of getting an undersaturated wick or dry hit.
But there is another little issue, that accompanies me nearly every day:
After refilling the tank I carefully close the top cap, turn the RTA upside down and open the juiceflow. When I start to vape, it is gurgling. I found out, that the best way to get rid of the excess liquid is to close the liquid control, take some hits and reopen the lc. Now your Spica Pro is ready for a full tank of enjoyment.
Perhaps this is useful for some Spica users.

Well Alan i appreciate your comment but i don't think i would review another STYLE high end product it is too controversial for my integrity and personal comfort zone and no matter how good the STYLE is.
My experience with RTAs is very limited so I don't really know what to look for in a new RTA.
My profesion is hard work and salary isn't great. With high cost of living in Denmark I can't afford to purchase several high end RTAs. So I have ordered a few clones.
But morally clones are a bit like pirated software...
Hey NET vaper, we Turks pronounce it "Spika" not "Spyca" as you mentioned.
Original second hand Spica Pro's are around 30 euros in Turkey :) If it wasn't too hard to send a vaping product from Turkey, I would send you one of mine to try :D
Use it with NET and tobacco, with other flavour types it performs less succesfully. Also it is the best MTL RTA to use with just pure Nbase without any flavours in it, to my experience.
If the aim is reaching a heavy and harsh throat hit with mild to very less air intake, less vapor production, then this RTA is one of the best. It should be considered inbetween Flash 4.5s+, Tilemahos Armed, Kayfun Lp v2, Nduro, and such. Of course for that level of throat hit, you need to position the chimney dome on the highest position.

Thank you for the offer & your informative comment. Indeed the flavour of my net’s are superb. As you live in Turkey I must give the designers of this RTA a big thumbs up. The Chuck key is brilliant and is a first to me and that in particular what grabbed my intention in the first place. I might buy the original at some point as I am eager to know if there is a major difference.

Updated comment after bying the original: I have to mention I found the last available worldwide original Spica pro and I tempted to purchase it because Im impressed by the clone. Comparing with the original, there is a more than obvious supremacy in terms of materials for the original BUT the vaping experience is almost the same between original and clone. I could say that it is the almost same but if there are tiny details in terms of flavour Im sure that definitely cannot find them. The mechanics are the same, the glass and the whole construction is more robust in the original piece . I bought the original for a discounted 100 euros (instead of 129 euros). Im happy that I got it but to be completely honest there is not any reason at all for anyone to buy the original if he/she could not afford it. 40 euros is a special price so as to get that high end. I personally get that for its collectibility. Thanks Nathan for bringing up that atty into anyone's consideration. Well done.

Glad to see you happy one more time again. Try to open the topcan with 2 nails on opposite side and woud be easier. Spica Pro it a RTA with personality. You might like it and hate it in the same time. Thank you for the review. Do not waste your time with "correctness" about using clones. In my case using clones was a great chance to have finally the original. Bought 2 Coppervape clones, using a couple of months and ending buying original. This is life!
Yes Andrei I will probably buy the original as well although the Coppervape is perfect but I would love to see if there is any improvement on the original. Thanks for your input to the point as usual😊

Very happy with it! The flavor is "superb" for shure! But I liked it more with round wire A1 for NET liquids (Burley and Virgínia was fantastic on this rta).

Hi, NET Vaper. I've heard that some people can taste a bit of 'metal/iron' since it has a dual metal chamber. Was concerned about that but after your review, I'll give it a try and order it in the future. Please keep up with these great reviews, I recently subscribed and really enjoy it.

This one is already an oldie but still one of the best real mtl rta. I also have the Coppervape Penodat that didn't get the best reviews at the time, but I still use it regularly. Enjoy your Spica, is a perfect rta.

Good review I've had the original spica for a year I never got on with it flavour wise Its in the cupboard now I've seen this may have to give it another chance.

@@netvaper I really thought the draw and flavour wasn’t as good as the kayfun 2019 little to tight and flavour was muted I use mainly in all my mtl tanks is a 26g kanthal 7 wrap spaced coil at 16.5 watts. I must be doing something wrong. I closed the chimney nearly full half and all open and the flavour never can out. But I’ve never seen instructions on how to use properly maybe could you send a link if possible many thanks. Keep up the great work 👍

Nice one mate. Love your reviews, great for the dedicated MTL vaper. You should still get a Tripod though as I think you'll love it! This Spica looks interesting and I'd heard good things before. Might have to check it out.

I have it for some time,tried with simple wire kanthal,can t say that the flavor it s great...Now I bought some Ni80 clapton 1 ohm from Naturevape,I m gone try it again but overall it s a solid rta and has lot s of throath hit,so I have tu use less then 12 nicotine🙂
It s a good clone,I really don t know if I should try the FEV,everybody says only good things...

And YES ,you should try Dvarw mtl fl 22 or 24,the deck is the same,depends of your mods....It s really good,easy to live,flavor top!

Didn't you said you would never buy or review another clone after the FeV 4.5S+ rta?
Anyway, it just goes to show that today's clones are usually 1:1 and made and perform just as good as the much more expensive authentics. That's why I don't buy authentic high end attys anymore.

The main reason i reviewed it, is to share my enjoyment of this amazing MTL for all vapers who are like minded as I am, when it comes to the perfect combo of a top MTL and good quality NET and they have a choice of choosing the original or the Coppervape version which is much more accessible price-wise to many MTL enthusiast. On my part giving a very positive review on this MTL that I believe Sirius Mods will benefit from as well as a lot of vapers will want to buy the Sirius Mods original version based on this review. I hope the above will makes sense to you as well.)

Unfortunately this days not easy handling top caps on top market RTA’s
are simply unacceptable for me.
I can’t understand any so called high end modder neglecting this part for design look just to be different,as in the same time generic down market tanks offer a very easy to handle top cap or as some high enders offers even more easy and refined design.
Top cap is a top cap,it need to be open easy allowing easy fill and forget a bout it.
No other way around it and for me it’s a major deal breaker at present.
Perseus,By-Ka V9,and Spica to name a few all suffer from the same un practical (to each is own) bad design.
I have no tolerance for high end cutting thinking corners as this when I have other top tier RTA’s that work flawlessly
and have better over all design.
Yet with that say,I’m sure it’s vape great
as I come to appreciate your opinion on taste regarding any MTL very much.
We are at time that some build standard need to be demanded. (As 510 connections and mouthpiece size were accepted as standard)
Easy ability to fill juice is the same for me.
Decorate the top cap as much as you want (if one want) just keep it super comfy and leak safe to handle with ease.
there are enough design to choose from already.
Adoption of Good top cap design is not clowning.
the same as all cars (mostly) have round wheels and gears shifter at the same places and sizes.

You are so right Isac, why design a top cap that is some times so difficult to open especially on some of the the high end MTL's. But as you say the other great pro's do compensate don't they. Have a lovely day as well.
New o-rings should be tight. Use it and it will become looser.

Hi Net Vaper, since I lost my main mod i have the true mtl and i want to get the mini berserker 3 the v1.5 and the aris you said was good this way i have some back up, the one I'm using seems good to me an I cut a piece if metal tubing stainless steel and dremel out to fit and it works great, I did that cause I'm always dropping my stuff and I can always taste when I'm getting low on juice, but that's a nice tank you have and I wish you nothing but the best with it, talk to you soon Net Vaper

Although I absolutely love my kayfun lite 21 that i got from your feedback, I am super picky regarding throat hitt partly because I am quite sensitive to them.Having a tank that I can actually control the throat hit, and if that system worked I could see this being very competitor of taking my kayfun’s crown. Proof would be in the pudding,. Would love to try this tank (Genuine version).
Yes UK Dash it actually works. Although the Kayfun lite 2019 / 2021 in my book is still king of MTL's and very hard to beat but the Spica Pro is a highly fine tuned MTL that will surprise you, especially the original that no doubt is the best option!!
@@netvaperI am very very very curisos to know how the kayfun lite with the same juice compares to this in terms of throat hit on its smoothest setting as throat hits are as important as flavour for me. Oh I love my kayfun nothing would replace it, already this tank woukd probably be to big for my liking on a daily use case. I love the idea of controlling throat hit i do think the industry aa a whole should be doing more designing tanks to have a way to control throat hits but i do think thats where more high end mtls will go in the future. Great video but I will listen to you and keep on trucking with the kayfun lol if was cheaper id give it a go but i cant see it being that much better than the kayfun king for the money it is it woild need to be a lot better for me to buy it.
The throat it on Spica when on the highest setting is more noticeable I will say the middle setting on the Spica is happy medium and the Kayfun is exactly the same at that setting. Maybe on the original there is more of a drastic change in throat hit between the lowest & highest setting. My advice is stick to your Kayfun as you already have one of the best MTL ever.

Hi Nathan, not sure if this question has already been answered, but on my CV Spica Pro style RTA the juice holes on the deck do not line up with the juiceflow holes in the chamber. So even if the juiceflow is open, all you see is bare metal instead of the wicking ports that one would expect. Can you confirm if it's the same on your model and if you ever experienced any issues with dry hits
Not at all Daniel mine works flawlessly every component is perfectly aligned and the juice flow openings are exactly where they should be, so no dry hits only fantastic flavour. Come in chat tomorrow 3pm and i will show you live on camera 😊

😊 Well Adrian i was debating between the Tokomak by unicorn (much cheaper) or the Vega i should have gone for the Vega which i understand is superb RDA that can be used as a MTL.
@@netvaper The Vega is very noisy in DTL mode but quite great and quiet in MTL mode. MTL though has extreme throat hit as it's chamber is a bit big. I like it but your RDA may be better as I haven't found anyone who has compared them both.
The throat hit on the Tokamak is too extreme for me as well I can only vape it with max 3mg so I hardly use it when I review NET’s and that is a shame as it was designated for reviewing NET's.

Hello Mr. Nathan , tbh i have no intention to buy this atty as my eye is set on the Bishop and kayfun prime , am just watchin the video coz i enjoy ur reviews , i was watching this video while vaping on my new Auguse v2 ( which u recommended to me and its as u said : amazing rta ) now am here not to talk about the rta , while i was watchin on the minute 22 u played a song while u were fixing the 510 isolator , since i play on a guitar , that song got my attention and it is just an amazing song , so relaxing and the guitar in it is WOW , i tried Shazam app to find what it is but no luck , is it possible u give me the name of the song ? and btw besides NET and MTL u also have a great taste in music , thx again sir

Hi Nathan hope you are well... iv just got mine today and it’s from the same place you got your one,it is outstanding build quality and I’m very much enjoying it and very very happy with it 👌 only problem I’m having is none of the juice holes line up and I’m getting a lot of crackling from the coil ,do you have the same problem with the juice holes ? I can only seam to get 1 hole showing on the juice flow.... I’m guessing this could be the problem as it’s a clone.. what do you think 🤔
Another subscriber had the same problem that the juice flow holes where not aligned I am lucky that mine is perfectly aligned. If the cotton is getting plenty of liquid that is all that matters and in fact I only leave one hole open anyway . As for crackling coil that happens when you use a fused or core clapton and I actually love that sound.

That is a difficult question to answer in a single reply 😊 The best way is to list the MTL RTA's I vape most often, Kayfun lite with the Aerokon pin, Bishop, Sputnik, FEV, Spica Pro, Pioneer, Lamo, Expromizer V5, iNtake & Artmis (the Artmis is a love/hate relationship as the reverse threading is a pain in the...but the flavour is very good) I vape them all and they are all my favourites!! that is why I bought them in the first place each one has his own advantages, style & uniqueness. Which si the atomizer with a more restrictive (tightness) airflow and more punch that you tríed? Like the pioneer For example that i have because of you (im in love with it). But i want one more highend. I have allready the Fev 4.5s+ (because of you, im in love), the Kayfun 2021 (because of you hahaha , im in love) and the phenomeno zest Gus. They sugested in importante forums From spain the fev VS , Lamo RTA and the spika. What do you think? But i allways want your opinión because YOU NEVER DESAPOINTED ME WITH YOUR REVIEWS😁!! Do you have a Better idea?Im looking For lot of tighness, lot of punch and especially For organic tabacco (i vape black cavndish- la tabaccheria). Well Alex the Spica Pro is your answer as it can be configured to a very tight MTL by inserting the 3 star 510 pin & further tight on the external airflow. The "Punch" on Spica is very noticeable when the inner cap is raised to the top This rta is designed for NET's. But I do recommend the Original and that is expensive.
@@netvaper thank you very much!!! I always buy originals! Lots of times I buy the clone only to try it, if I like it i sell it and then buy the original. Except the M5 that the clone is better than the original and the fev that i couldnt find it. Because I started buying originals and a lot of them i didn't like me at all, and spending soo much money without trying it... that's why I love your channel, because nearly ALL OF THE OTHER UA-cam channels are payed by the brands or want to kind with the brands and lie at you. You are always sincer and tell the truth about the product and you can look far away the effort and devotion that you put in your videos. You do your videos to help the people not tu win money and that's what makes you so great and why I watch your channel and not another one with thousands of subscribers. I appreciate that a lot. @zoro. Thanks. The Spica is old school tobacco MTL RTA that delivers a strong throat hit and sharp flavours. The Expromizer V4 delivers much softer notes without such a strong throat hit. I enjoy them both with different tobacco blends that suit their individual temperament. I never heard of the Don RDTA I will do some searching on it.

Well Fachri, flavour wise Kayfun Prime has met his competition with Spica Pro only in tobacco flavour (build quality only on the original Spica comes close to the Kayfun) In regards to desserts i have no idea, as i do not vape desserts on my MTL's but reading the comments they all say the Spica pro shines only with NET's so i assume the Kayfun is better on desserts. The Ex V4&V5 is one league behind the other two but not far behind and much cheaper so common sense will say go for the Expromizer V5 excellent flavour on NET's & desserts.
I have been using original spica pro since 2018 also i have coppervape clone when they were released on aliexpress. If you chose to go with coppervape you should replace o-rings with something difference. Those o-rings really rubbish. Other than that flavours are same, drew quality feels same. Drip tip quality/material not same. Build quality of iron or steel whatever is it also not same. Coppervape lil bit darker not shiny as original. Some of the edges of the topcap not smooth as original. Its feel sharp-edged little bit.
Both original and clones are shine with tabbacco liquids. Their sweet/fruit performance are garbage. If i rate with numbers Net tabacco performance 10/10, spicy tabacco 10/10, mentol tabacco 8/10. Fruit / dessert / Mix liquids (like five pawns)/cream type liquids 0/10 😒 Its mutes sweet notes everysingle way, doest matter what type of coil or cotton or heat degree. Its mutes all the sweetness(aroma vise) and bring bitter notes to the front.

Hello, Sirius Mods is in a company that manufactures in Turkey, but now the company is completely passive. Unfortunately, the sale and production of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in my country :(. I enjoy watching your review videos, but it is incredibly difficult to reach these products in my country, I hope this situation will be fixed as soon as possible.

@Muhammed Can Sayın. Madness. I sometimes feel frustrated that the health guidance concerning vaping in the UK clearly is not getting through fast enough to other countries that vaping is 95% less harmful then smoking, unless there are other political reasons at play. Frustrating indeed

Well Alan in fact I would review the Dvarw FL 24mm Original!! shortly. Testing now. Btw Alan I noticed in the live chat you asked me if I tried the Black reserve tobacco liquid. I tried it on a few occasions and the flavours are very mellow so I allowed it to steep since and if you remind me on the next live chat hopefully next Wednesday I would try it live on a DTL RDA as it is really a desert tobacco.

Hi NET Vaper, can you tell me, which MTL RTA gives you the best throat hit in your opinion ? Is the Spica Pro better with TH than the EX v4/5 or Bishop etc.. ?
I have the EX v4, love the flavor and the draw, but the TH is kinda soft a bit (12 mg juice, 50:50 pg/vg)
The best throat hit is on the Spica Pro but the flavour on the bishop & EXv4/5 are excellent indeed.

I replied a few times to the same question Dimos. The simple answer is that initially I wanted to buy the original but the price added the shipping cost & time of shipping to the uk from Turkey have held me back. So when I asked a MTL expert for his advice he convinced me to go for the Coppervape. So then a review was inevitable after realising the brilliant idea of throat hit adjustment to pass on to other vapers. So they can decide for themselves if too buy and which version. I should not really say never again as said in FEV review that did not stick for long😊 but I am fairly certain this review is really it!! For non original as my conscience is not entirely clear reviewing another high end“Style”

@@netvaper Today I got that atty. All that you say and describe are 100% accurate. A true mtl atomizer, superb mtl rta actually. The mechanics of that is in the exactly same logic with the skyline (chimney into the bell) with the improvement of the chimney adjustment (you can compare how the tool works with skyline's triangle). The flavour is analysed with a very nice procision. I can tell that there is a very good percentage of all the taste components that are included in the ejuice I used, not the best but of cource the second best, (I missed a little one flavour component, not totally but it is a particular clear flavour that is fading). The throat hit is the best along with two other rtas (keep in mind that the more intense throat hit I got is coming from Kuma along with you know which other atty and this particular rta must be tried by anyone who is in search for a very aggressive throat hit), The juice flow is flawless, there is not gurgling even if you open the flow without keeping the juice upside down. I didnt check the wick saturation because I dont get a burn result so far but Im pretty sure that is the kind of saturation that is needed. I just stop writing to check that aspect and works perfect nicely, saturated as expected from the vape you can get. This rta will be one of my daily favourite one. Im in a temptation to get the original. Notice that I didnt find the coopervape clone but a clone that maybe the yftk clone. Very pleased to get it. This is an unecpected suprise. Two thumbs up.
P.S. I forgot to mention that with the sever stars bottom airflow and open some of the downside airflows you can get a tighter than 1.0 mm draw comparing to any other rta.
P.S2. The e juice, which is my favourite, that i tested is www.philotimoliquids.gr/en/product/philotimo-dark-reserve-series-tobacco-vanilla-caramel-30-60-ml/. the slightly missing flavour is that of caramel.

I aggreed with your statement that way much price for me. Really want to support them by buying their original but the price just hit my bill so hard. I know for many people bit of controversial about reviewing a clone, but hey not any people have money as them. Lots people like big deal on a clone one.

So now that you think the RTA is amazing do you not feel guilty for buying a clone and supporting the theft of someones intellectual proper and potential income, Sirius is a modder and is a business that provided such an excellent RTA but with the Chinese copying and people like you buying fakes you are directly contributing towards future 'excellent RTAs' never being imagined by current and future modders.
Well James, I do understand & respect your point of view, however there are 2 other points of view I would like to raise. One, that many vapers never heard of Spica Pro up to my review and when watching my positive review of the design and flavour, many of them like yourself would buy the original, so in many ways Sirius have benefited from my review. Second and the following is food for thought, if Coppervape (that actually produce many parts for main-stream vape companies) have produced a carbon-copy of a RTA for a fraction of the price (nearly 80% cheaper) beggars the question how can the original be so expensive, even if the material used is higher grade by the original manufacture but such a huge difference in price is a fact that one cannot ignore. Manufactures & designers of High end RTA's will be wise to reduce their extravagant asking price thus making clones not so attractive to manufactures & vapers alike who cannot possibly afford to buy an original and the only remaining & realistic option is good quality clone.
@@netvaper I can name probably 5 MTL vaping groups on Facebook that are all UK based with in excess of 30000+ members total all of which knew about the Spica near on three years ago, I own a Facebook group and have done for 6 years now, the Spica is very common knowledge as is almost every high end RTA with people who truly want the best, authentic atomisers that exist.
I'm sure the owner of Sirius mods would find your perspective very laughable (because they do very well in terms of sales)
Personally I'd be very ashamed of having such a poor attitude regarding the cost of something so you'd rather rob the person who invented it.
End of the day clones are bad for ingenuity.
As you say James, Sirius Mods are doing so well obviously the clone by Coppervape has not taken away any sales from them, so in essence no harm done to Sirius Mods and i am fairly certain that Sirius Mods & other high end manufacturer will carry on designing excellent rta's as they got a huge following as you stated. And of course clones will as well be popular so all are benefiting!! As for me I am not planning to review any more clones beyond the few I did review, if you search my channel you will notice I mainly review originals, I simply tried to cater to all vapers, so everyone can choose according to their budget. Anyway the subject of clones Vs originals has been debated 1000 times over & will be a split by those who are for or against. So let's leave it at that.

I’m really disappointed by the use of clones. This could have been an excellent source of information. Instead your perpetuating the theft of intellectual property. Hope you never design and put your life savings into a design to have it stolen. I honestly don’t believe that a persons desire to try a product justifies not spending the money on an authentic. There are many good, inexpensive rtas available on the mass produced market. It’s selfish and downright wrong.

To each their own. I bought a $200K high end German sports car but I'd never spend more than $50 on an authentic high end atty, plus the clones these days are just as good as the authentic which despite the original designers/manufacturers claiming theirs are not made in China, the majority are.
I fully understand your point of view Gerald and to some extend I agree with you. But in reality lots of vaping gear is copied from other successful releases and that benefits the whole vaping industry as a whole in terms of competition and keeping the price reasonable so all can buy a particular product. I do feel that in some way the original designer of the Spica would benefit from a positive & detailed review on the whole concept of this rta as a person who never heard of this rta would want to buy one based on this review. So he has a choice and if he purchased the original for the rightful reasons you so clearly expressed that will benefit the original designer but if a vaper who would purchase the Coppervape version, that in full honesty is as or nearly as good as the original for a fraction of the price(and that achievement in itself is worthy of recognition don't you agree!! ) why deprive that vaper the chance to buy a fully functional and excellent version of another maker that emphasises the fact that it is "a so & so STYLE of so & so MTL RTA". Anyway that is another point of view on a controversial subject but in essence you are absolutely right and I am Not planning to review any other style of any other originals.
