I have been watching many of your videos, I have enjoyed them and learned from them. Your technique was really sound on this rebuild. Only thing that surprised me was that you only torqued the heads. Don't you use a torque wrench on things like cam retainer bolts, flywheel, clutch etc. ?
Perhaps you are confident given you do this assembly alot but I would be using a torque wrench (maybe you do it off camera)? Aside from that its nice to see you do everything proper, replacing any questionable parts, lots of gaskets and seals.

I love how a transmission works. I remember splitting the cases of my TS185 when I was young and discovering how the shifting drum would engage a gear to another. I had the dealer's service manual which was huge in my education and learning the names of every part.

Love the videos. Rebuilt my first dirt bike in 1979. Was a 1967 K15P Suzuki 80. I was in 8th grade, and had to change a gear with a missing tooth. Didn’t do it perfectly but was a great learning experience. Have now owned over 50 bikes and I love love love rebuilding them. So much more fun than cars because, you can get to the problem really fast and then get them back together pretty fast too. My latest bike is a 1987 KLR250 I bought for 100$. Had been sitting behind a shed and was in bad shape but, now is titled and ready for some dual sport rides this spring. Keep up the cool videos!

Great job on the build, but you have got to get you a parts washer please. It would just complete your build so much If you would just clean your parts before you put them back together, you’ve already got them apart and stripped out, why would you not clean your engine on the outside why you got it all apart to make sure there’s no imperfections. It’s a must.

Joe, how on Earth do you manage to do all the stages of making your video's, from
finding, buying and retrieving machines through to all the oily jobs and capturing it
all on cameras. Then editing it all down to a production quality your happy with,
and firing it off to YaTube. You then do it all over again once or twice more
every week. I didn't even mention the time it takes to scour the web for the best
    parts prices too.
Are you an identical twin with both of you making videos every week? 😉
