The netherite golem used to be stronger than the warden too. And the diamond and Emerald golem used to hold their own better. I think they were nerfed.

With the battles of all of the other golems remaining, TNT Golem sacrificed his life to kill the last one, leaving only the Iron Golem left. There were tests to bring back the copper golem and tuff golem, however, they could not get the right funding to do so. In the end, the last, secret, true evil Warden, being the 5th and final one, was the one who plotted this whole thing, so he could rise above the other four Wardens, and kill off most people's protection. To this day, the Iron Golem still protects villages and is recognized as a hero, while the Warden is still in an abandoned ancient city deep underground with the skulk he corrupted, plotting his next move against the last Golem and the player who made him.

That slime golem was the best one, because The Warden could even touch him. But at the end, The Warden usually wins.
