Jen, you just seem to have endless energy! I really don't know how you do it all. Your pot roast, potatoes and carrots for dinner on Sunday brought me back to my growing up days. That was our standard Sunday dinner most weeks. The only thing missing was the homemade pie that my mom usually made to go with it. Mom actually cooked both the carrots and potatoes in with the roast and then would make a brown gravy with it. Yours looked delicious and I'm sure everyone enjoyed it. Bonus is there's usually leftovers which I love! I grew up eating leftovers so I don't have a problem with them but I know some people don't like to eat them. I prefer the "let me cook once and eat it multiple times/cook once and then make something new out of the leftovers" theory of cooking but each person can do what they prefer. Thanks for another great video and hi to Murphy! He is so adorable! I could just squeeze him!❤️❤️
Girl, I don't know how you do it all! I lost count of how many meals you cooked! And everything looked yummy! I love your videos! They are always jam packed with wonderful recipes and different products you like, grocery hauls and my favorite is always your sweet Murphy!! Such a cutie! Thanks so much for letting me tag along on your busy weekend! Hugs and blessings to you and your family!!
Yeay! Another Jen video! So good to see Murphy and his new toy. Music to my ears! My lab used to get frequent new toys from “the man in the brown bus”. I miss those sounds. Thanks for sharing your boy and your life. xoxo
just a tip, next time you buy that bread unsliced, you can ask the bakery to slice it and its free! Just love you post these day in life types of videos ❤ All the recipes looked so good!! Hope you and your family have a great weekend ❤
I love your weekend prep videos! And I saved to watch this on the weekend with a cup of coffee on my deck. It was perfect. 🥰 Thanks for sharing and I really enjoyed all the food ideas. 💕
There’s a general kitchen cleaning Krud Kutter and more of an industrial degreaser and the degreaser does a phenomenal job on our gas stove grates and cook top, our housekeeper made sure I knew the difference, one far outdoes the other in ease of cleaning and effectiveness. I get the better one at Lowes.
The can crusher, brings back memories as a kid. We had one as a kid, crushed our cans and bagged them up for the can man(aluminum recycling in our town).
Fun tip, if you ever have the time (I like doing it before bed), you can stick your stove grates in a garbage bag and spray them with oven cleaner and tie the bag. Let them sit overnight and by morning, the gunk oozes off with just water, legit no scrubbing. Most cleaners and stuff lie about that, but I've worked that groove for a few months now and I despise liars 🤣
You convinced me to try those Pillsbury biscuits a while ago and they are DELICIOUS! Taste like homemade (the canned ones are chemical-y) without the work! I'll never make biscuits another way!
Great video. Hope you are doing well. You gave me some good inspiration to get to cooking. My son would love those breakfast bowl contents inside of a tortilla! I have been doing the lasagna love again too. I honestly think it helps when my depression kicks in. Take care my friend!
Just what I needed to see today - a Jen video! I actually went to go check your channel yesterday to see if I had missed any videos and then remembered that you were going on holidays. I hope you had a relaxing holiday and are feeling renewed and refreshed, ready to tackle your busy mom life again! Great video! I'm glad your back!
Jen, the Cherry scented degreaser from Dollar General by Awesome works great. Sprayed it on my fan vent great last weekend and I didn't have to scrub at all. Might work on your stove grates.
I’m sure if you play with the settings of your car you have the walk away lock feature. When you close all the doors and walk a few feet from the car, it locks. I love it because I never have to dig out my car keys!
Hello Jen so nice to watch a few of ur videos of urs .Haven't bern watching for a very long time , just started up again ,missed watching u were always one of my faves .I can remember way back when u first started . I use premium protein caramel shakes in my coffee and it’s delicious. It’s so hard to get the amount of protein I need in a day. The shakes really help.
Hi Jen First time commenting. For the very first time our pork sausage is cheaper in Australia (Aldi) than in USA. But most of our food especially fresh has insane pricing nowadays. I like seeing pricing in other countries even though one has to adjust for the exchange rate of the dollar. Always great videos. Best wishes from Australia
I had to laugh so hard when you talked about saving the bags. It made me think about when my niece was pregnant and we had her shower. Her brother's mother n law would holler out save the bag, save the bag. Everyone died out laughing because we was wondering how many baby gift bags did she need. 😆
I always save the bags. My sister always buys the bags that are like $6 a piece. Lol. I only have one child so I never have to put name tags or anything so there is that lol
Love love love this video! The chicken and noodles has me wanting to make chicken and dumplings...mmm! And that roast! That roast! I wasn't going to spend $18 on a roast this past weekend but I guess I will this weekend🤣! Also, why don't you make a gravy out of the the roast juice that's leftover? That's what my mom always taught me growing up... make a slurry to thicken it up and its delicious! Great vid as always!
I know you live pretty rural, but if there's a restaurant supply store around you it might be worth checking out for cleaning, esp for iron grates. It will likely smell awful or really fake lemony, but pro kitchens pretty much universally use gas ranges and have to clean them... and deep clean. Industrial degreasers are some of the most powerful cleaners I've ever used. Like, a restaurant that hasn't deep-cleaned in 6 months and everything will look like its brand new. Treat them like chemicals though. Use gloves, open the windows/turn on the fan.
Hahaha any other peoples dogs go crazy when Murphy was playing with his new squeaker toy? My dog is running around like a crazy person looking for the source. He is not going to find it and it’s making him nuts. I love my goofy dogs. 😂🤦🏻♀️
No I don't think my dog has ever let food sit uneaten. He always tries to scam us for more. One example, he'll be on one side of your chair, get a treat. Then he goes to the other side and acts like he's a different dog who hasn't been fed yet. 😋
May I have a little horseradish in my Bloody Mary? Spinach salad with Dijon vinaigrette, sounds good. Do you have a recipe? The eggs dropping into the bowl would be cool to see in slow motion. Thanks for being a Lasagna Love volunteer.
While using the UA-cam app on mobile devices you can also see the description if you have the video in full screen tap the screen so the title shows up in the upper left corner. Click the title and the description comes up as a pop up on the right side of the screen. Just in case people weren’t aware. 👍🏻
Jen, you are an angel making those lasagna meals. Also, can I just say that your teeth are looking beautiful!! I hope you can get your braces off soon.
Gosh you deserve a medal for all your cooking and cleaning. Well done. Cheers

I always soak my barilla no boil noodles in a little hot water, it softens them right up so you don’t need a lot of extra sauce
I just love you. You are so relatable, I'm also from the midwest near La Crosse WI and I really enjoy watching and catching up on all your videos.

Great way to start my day….this was a fun video to watch, and Kim Wads just dropped her newest. BAM! A double header delight!

I ordered me some divided containers and made homemade lunchables. They have been so nice to have made up.

Yes, to a recipe for the pot roast. It looks delicious! It's 10 at night as I'm watching and it's making me so hungry. lol
Another great video from Jen.
Your breakfast looks more delish than the restaurants! I'm going to have to try your gravy recipe.
Heyyyy and Happy Monday here watching thanks for sharing ❤️
The Clorox toilet wand and refills are on sale at Costco this month.
If your grocery store has a bakery dept in house, they might have a bread slicer and will slice a whole loaf like that if you ask.
Hi Jen do you know if your grates are in ghisa you can put them in the dishwasher? :))
Happy Fathers Day to Adam. Everything looks so delicious 😋
Try a bit or red wine and sage to the biscuit and gravy. Love the video! Thank you💖
Can share how to wash mushroom?
The Fairlife chocolate shakes are AMAZING!
Great video Jen, hope you all are having a great Summer so far.❤️
I ❤ Murphy!!🐶

Thanks for sharing. JSYK Chlorox toilet wand refills are generally a lot cheaper at Sam's. 😉

I would really like to see a NON BUDGET MEAL. I sometime like to splurge on a nice weekday meal and would like to know if you have any nice recipes.✨
Just made a Mississippi pot roast. Can’t go wrong with pot roast so many variations. Comforting
Everything looks yummy!!!!!

We had our ‘21 Rav4 for a year before learning the fob has an actual key inside. 😂
It's good to see your beautiful face! Hope you and the family are all doing great.
Thank you Jessica ❤️

Hello
Your teeth are looking so good! Blessings
Not a healthy option, but have you ever used tater tots as hash browns. YUMMY.
