If you are in fitness line and you yourself look unfit, then you should leave the job. Being fit does not mean six packs but at least healthy level of fitness with lower fat percentage and more muscle which is possible naturally. Hate these kind of people who themselves are not fit and talk about fitness. Knowledge without mileage is bullshit.
