    Great video. I have a leak in the suction assembly in a thermospa lexington. It's recessed into the deck so I can't get ro the back side or underside. Can I try sealing around the cover?

    • @spaman5440
      @spaman5440  6 місяців тому

      You can try but I do not think it will work. if its the suction assembly that tells me it at the very bottom of the spa and to get to it you might have to tip the spa on its side and go in through the bottom. Thanks for Watching & SUBSCRIBING

      @@spaman5440 thanks... the spa is recessed and of course that's the only part I can't get to from the dry side... and the spa is very old so I'm concerned that it will fall apart when it's tipped... but thanks for the reply

    Is it any special o-rings or is something from the hardwarestore fine? :-) thinking about the heat and chemicals in the water.

    F1 is filtration 1 hr twice a day isn’t it?

    • @spaman5440
      @spaman5440  Рік тому

      Filtration Cycles run from F1 to F8 (F1 = 1 hour every 12 hours / F8 = 8 hours every 12 hours). Preset cycle set from factory is F1, so if in ec or sl mode your water will not reach desired temperature. Hope this Helps Thanks for Watching & SUBSCRIBING

    I just ordered a 110/15 amp hot tub. It won’t be here for a while so I’m prepping for it’s arrival. I bought an extension cord that’s 10 ft. 10 Gauge rated for 120/15 only to find out the prepping material says Do not use an extension cord. I planned on running it from the garage via PVC pipe and bury it via PVC pipe to the tub area and come out of the ground on a riser into a plastic weatherproof box and make the connection into that without the cord ever coming in contact with the ground. Is there anything I’m missing on why they said not to use an extension cord? Thank you for the videos, my wife hates me for turning them on when she’s watching her shows :)

      @spaman5440  3 роки тому +1

      Am extension cord is not the recommended.. You can get away with it short term but long term will cause problems... Some manufactures will void warrantee if it is not a dedicated service(Read owners manual) *NOTE* Some dealer will only tell you what YOU want to hear when it comes to this! With a 110 Plug & Play Spa it is recommended that you use a 20 amp dedicated service...Over the years extension cords have caused a lot/most of the problems that I have seen with 110 Plug & Play Spas..Thanks for Watching & SUBSCRIBING

    I just bought a Tuff Spa tt450 platinum. I’m putting it on recently installed pavers and it’s isn’t perfectly flat, but theres about a 1/4”-1/2” concave dip toward the middle. Should I be concerned about installing it on this surface?
