Before the clock hits midnight on the eve of the new year, it is tradition to eat soba noodles to symbolize ‘crossing over’ into the upcoming year with good luck and health. Share this tradition with us by making your own Nishin Soba, dried herring with buckwheat soba noodles, served in our handcrafted Kodaiwan bowl.
