F22 didn’t have the first production AESA that was on a chilean Boeing 707 early warning aircraft, and if you want to then say no you meant on a fighter it’s the J-APG 1 on the Mitsubishi F2.
India has also developed AESA radar (Uttam). Although for now it is Gallium arsenide based, but in a year or so India will also have developed Gallium Nitrite based array which is easier to cool
This technology is similar to how Star-link works. It can both send and receive data. The antenna is stationary while the array uses technology to allow it to 'scan' over a wide field of view.

You wont cheat that with random noise
You underestimate the Russians? They have the Himalayan AESA with a target detection of 400km further than that of the F-22 and they are installing them now to Su-35 in addition to Su-57.

No, that is a PESA. First air operational AESA was actually the Swedish Erieye.

How many SU-57’s are flying again? Russia does not prioritize AirPower, we do. Russia prioritizes air defense.
