A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 3 Scene 1 | Bottom Takes A Selfie | Bridge Theatre

- In Act 3 Scene 1 of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Bottom (Hammed Animashaun) and the Rude Mechanicals must find a 'calendar' to confirm the moon will shine the night they perform their play, and most importantly, take some selfies.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2019) saw the Bridge Theatre become a forest - a dream world of flying fairies, contagious fogs and moonlight revels, surrounded by a roving audience following the action on foot.
Gwendoline Christie, Oliver Chris, David Moorst and Hammed Animashaun lead the cast as Titania, Oberon, Puck and Bottom, in Shakespeare’s most famous romantic comedy.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is streaming from 7pm UK time on Thursday 25 June, until 7pm UK time on Thursday 2 July 2020.

Everyone takes a selfie.
BRILLANT!
Lucky, got a selfie of them.
I saw this live, it was so funny! Most I've laughed seeing Shakespeare ever :D
Looking forward to this one. One of Nicholas Hytner's best Shakespeare adaptations, absolutely loved every second of it live and can't wait to see the stream next week!

I love this version. I laughed so hard.
Not me crying my eyes out at this clip because I miss theatre so much... I hadn't realised until just now! I would have loved to see this!

That's what the quarantine does to you?
Was he looking specifically for an iPhone or Android so he'd know where to find the Camera app? It seems like he passed up several phones to find that one. (I'm not saying the phone owner is a plant though. The cast would love for people to have selfies taken from the show.)
First time I laughed at shakespeare
Anyone know if I can watch this online? Would have loved to see it live :(
666000 Friends!
wow, i thought the final scene was a juxtaposition of the tonal progression, as evidenced by act 3 scene 2. BUT her seminal delivery was poignant.
Idk what that means but yeah
