Many people probably think the same thing, at least, I do
why would you want it to?
"Alone at the edge of a universe humming a tune"
Introduction to the snow hits different
The thing about this is that when I sing these songs, I sound like Joe thinking about the band. Shaky, sad.
Joe was in the band.
I can only imagine.
stop recommending this to me youtube i cant handle this anymore, Im sobbing so hard
I COME BACK TO THIS EVERY SO OFTEN AND IT NEVER STOPS HURTING. OWWWWWW
the “uhh” at the end made me want to start sobbing 😭
IM GONNA CRY.
0:55 Joe looked so ready to cry. Its genuinly sad
how is it sad
someone said this was sad
i was expecting to feel bad but DAMNIT I WASNT EXPECTING TO CRY
The fact that this happened AFTER Hawaii PT. II means that this was FAR after the seperation, he misses them so much but all the drama with him holds him back from what he wants
also, he is singing this not to make a good song, but to just do what he wants..though unfortunately failing at joy because the main joy was the people with him, not the music
I just want to also say that at 2:35 he genuinly looks like he's about to start crying, but keeps his composure and cuts himself off with the "uh.."
I’m never gonna think of this song as a happy song ever again ;_;
damn i thought you guys were being dramatic when you said this was sad- that ending got me 😭
This is Never Meant to Know levels of depressing
more like stranded lullaby demo.
• ruler of everything • I’ll go listen to it. Wish me luck (I’m a massive crybaby)
• ruler of everything • I was tearing up from 40 seconds onward, but I honestly just think it was beautiful. No bad vibes in my book.
Cormorant Colors it’s beautiful, but it hurts a lot when you think about how much joe was hurting. he said he wrote it about a girl he dated who really messed up his mental health. :(
• ruler of everything • oh no. i’m sad now.
This is not the proud loud guy I adore.
If you listen closely I'm pretty sure he says we HAD so much left to sing and not have like normal
Joe dming the rest of the band “could be us rn but u playing”
01/12/2023...... and I still here in front of an screen waiting for news about tally hall
Seeing all the other instruments all set up but left empty makes me so sad
Its big depression hours fellas
Cries in reverse**
**esrever ni seirC
It hit me right in the face
There was another video like this where he sang variations on a cloud. It seems it's gone forever now ):
MrCrazy550 I remember that one.

@@400hands :^) thanks
@@MrCrazy550 is it gone tho?
I'm pretty sure its back now
I got this in my recommended and I started just bawling by the end of it, thanks UA-cam now I need therapy
Im crying rn 😭😭
Same 😭
I just got this recommended again REALLY UA-cam?
I'm actually crying after watching this, joe looks so sad preforming up there by himself. You see him hide his face to the side so people don't see how he feels, he is trying so hard not to start crying on stage because he loved being in tally hall, and the shaky "uh" at the end is just heart breaking, he doesn't even know what to say after all that.😢😭
THIS DRAINED MY SOUL AWAY😭😭🙏🙏
over and over
and never
again.
uh... *variations on a cloud plays*
This was 8 years ago...Hope joe's doing alright.. 😢
Joe looks so different with a hat and glasses and no red tie.
"bobby couldnt be here today" STOP MAKING ME SOB UNCONTROLLABLY
I SAW THAT "Joe is all alone" VIDEO AND I JUST FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM BC YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR THE SADNESS IN HIS VOICE. BRO IS SO SAD AND LONELY AND CLEARLY JUST ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE WITHOUT THE OTHER TALLIES THERE. AND HE USED TO BE SUCH A GOOFY SILLY FUN BRIGHT HAPPY GUY AND SUCH A CREATIVE SONGWRITING GENUIS BUT NOW HES JUST ALL ALONE WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH, DRUGS, BAD DESCIONS THAT WE MIGHT NOT EVEN BE FULLY RIGHT ABOUT (not discrediting anyone btw, just leaving room for my inevitable mistakes) THAT, WHILE THAT DOESNT EXCUSE HIS ACTIONS, JUST LEFT HIM SOURED IN THE PUBLIC EYE...AND THEN THE PEOPLE WHO DOX HIM, SPREAD RUMORS AND IMPERSONATE HIM...AND JUST GENUIALLY BUGGING HIM ALL OVER THE PLACE WITH "IS TALLY HALL GONNA GET BACK TOGETHER?? ARE YOU GONNA GET BACK TOGETHER PLSSS???" I MEAN, YEAH, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME BUT JUST...POOR JOE, I JUST WANNA GIVE HIM A BIG HUG, I REALLY REALLY HOPE HE'S GETTING THE HELP HE NEEDS AND GETS BETTER
I've barely even listened to many of the band's songs, aside from the Hawaii Part II album but that might not count, but I've heard this song and man am I tearing up at this version. Poor guy looks so sad. I hope he and the rest of the band members are doing ok.
wow this shit really made me cry.. “uhhh” hits hard.
I feel so bad for Joe. You can tell how much he misses the band. I really hope he gets the help he needs.
he doesnt deserve jack shit
Watching him perform this alone just breaks my heart 🙁
No banana make you want to frown...
funny, how rob was supposed to show up (yellow tie, banana) but, no banana made the guy frown, what a pity.
the sigh and the “alright” at the end makes me so sad : ( you can tell how upset he was throughout that entire preformance
My mom: "Why are you crying so loud?"
Me: "THE OTHER INSTRUMENTS ARE THERE! :("
wvery time i watch this the sad realization settles in more and more i need to sTOP
