Great video, John sounds super interesting. I made my transition at 36, I'm 42 now, senior SWE. It's definitely possible, but it is a marathon, not a sprint. Gotta buckle down for many months, possibly years to break in.

@@sofianesofiane212 I will say it's probably going to be tougher but I don't think it's impossible. It will most likely be a unique situation though. You have to know going in that it's going to take time and lots of networking.
