A good example of how trials can be won or lost long before the trial date.
As someone in the sex industry who also has BPD, this woman infuriates me to no end. She has set us back on fighting against the stigmas with her reprehensible

I think that’s pretty common. They’re not going to hand it over not knowing what’s on it. I the problem is they should not have had that laptop. To begin with or been trying to get into it. They’re claiming it was shared use but she didn’t know the password. And only was able to access once they figured out it was a 4 digit pin and she told them to try his birthday. So clearly it was not a shared computer and they shouldn’t have had it. Like they didn’t try to contact his family to hand over any of his personal items. It’s shitty.

Exactly. I’ve seen a lot of the evidence and it does point to her being the aggressor and him defending himself, but I always keep an open mind since defense doesn’t present anything until trial. I just hope the prosecution takes extra steps to make sure everything is by the book. Don’t go trying to get extra stuff if it’s gonna create problems like these.
