I am an orchid girl ,now you have me getting hooked on these brumeliads.bought one pot last year, now i find myself going to the garden centres for these as well..😁😁🇯🇲
Hello, i find your information helpful. I just started with this species of plant. I used coral pebbles in terracotta pot. Where did you get your wood chips?
Hi, it's used as a paste. Add a little bit of water and make a paste, then apply to the bottom of the bromeliad. It helps stimulate root growth, and it also acts as an antifungal and antibacterial agent.
Thanks for the information

Nice! I have some pups to pot, so these tips will come in handy. How do you use the cinnamon?

How about charcoal
We have never used it for bromeliads, but we use it for aroids. If used I don't see it causing any harm but it's not necessary.
