over 100 mph in top gear (4th).

This humbles me. I well remember seeing you both being "the people to beat" when I started in 1975. I have never seen a more devoted couple.
That was an awesome run,Bill. A bit different to when we were chasing you round the Three Sisters with a Windle Imp sidecar outfit. Closest we ever got to catching you that day but the distributor came loose so that was us out of it. Great days. Best regards to you and Maggie.

Awesome driving! Is your wife shifting for you or is your shifter on the right? I have a 37 SS with a Matchless and has a left hand shifting 3 speed. Mine is back to stock and may reach 55 MPH!
gear change is on the right,outside the body,like a 2 speeder

what does the guy in the passenger seat have his hand? at first I thought he was just holding himself there, but now it seems more like he is messing with something.
The guy is my wife Maggie.she pumps air into the fuel tank,which is mounted lower than the carbs.its quite a sensitive job,we used about 4 gallons of methanol on each run,and this has to be delivered at varying pressures.
wow, that makes this run even more impressive! I would have never guessed it was that your wife was pump air into the fuel tank. You have some talent and a lot of guts!
