Real littles would have had to get permission to do Disney things in their bags, so why on earth would Disney make their own, and clearly make it worse?? Props to real littles! And (as an obsessive moriah fan) that little rainbow eraser triggered me 😨. Jackie I love your videos sooo much thank you for making them, it brightens my day
So I did a little research and I have some theories. The earliest unboxing I can find of these is from Janurary 2021 while the Amazon listing says they came out in December 2020. Real Littles launched in August 2019 while the Disney branded ones released in August 2021. These Micropacks are not actually made by Disney, but they are manufactured by a brand called Dragon Imports. I have a theory that they hastily tried to mimic what they theorized Real Littles was doing with a Disney collab but since they were trying to put it out ASAP, the quality is bleh. Also, another theory of mine is that these aren't actually licensed, but I have nothing to back that up with. I am saddened that these packs are so horrible. The bags are cute, but everything else is cheap. Thanks for posting these and keeping such an upbeat attitude. I love your videos. ♡♡♡
Micropacks came out before Real Littles Backpack. I remember seeing posts on Instagram of Micropacks unboxings back when Real Littles was still Shopkins. Then suddenly Real Littles released the same backpacks but under the name Real Littles. Only different was some of the content. I thought it was really weird. It was like Moose Toys took a smaller brand and made it their own. Did you check the release date for the backpacks or for the brand real littles? Bc real littles released mini brand like shopkins way before they released the backpacks. Earlies post of Micropacks on Instagram is from Dec 2019. Real Littles Backpacks series 1 was released July 2020. Also, Dragon Imports is the company, not the brand. Just like Moose Toys is the company behind the brand Real Littles.
@@nekoboygames7786 Thanks for your additional information and clarification! Also, that is weird that they seemingly took a smaller brand's idea and made it their own. Almost like IP theft.
I was considering the theory that they might not be licensed, especially considering how they don't have Disney on the front of the packaging, something a lot of companies do when creating non-licensed product to get fan sales. However, considering how thorough Disney is with copywrite claims, and the fact they have the characters copywrited logos on the back, (It may have had the Disney logo as well, but I couldn't tell.) I don't think it's possible they aren't licensed. Edit: kept watching and I lied, or technically just missed it, but it does say Disney on the front as well.
To be fair, the paper stuffed into the little front pouch helps it keep its shape. If something happened and it got squashed while being shipped/stored/stocked, and it sat that way long enough, by the time you bought it and got it home, it'd be permanently deformed, unless you keep it stuffed yourself. I've bought regular purses and coin pouches and such that were stuffed for the same reason. That said, I agree that the non-Disneyness of the Disney products is grossly disappointing. :(
Disney has been cheapening their brand by putting it on crap. I was a long time Disney fan but have seen a noticeable fall in their brand quality over the last 5 years or so.
Not even the merchandise anymore, their films are getting quite boring. Very little originality from Disney anymore. They keep trying to make sequels, prequels, and spinoffs of popular films. I think I know why because in Fantasia they showed off one of the scariest villains out there known as Chernabog. So that might be what scared you as a kid because basically, he is a demonic creature that has control over the souls of other creatures. He is probably the darkest villain or the one to be most feared due to his size and design.

Also waiting for Beauty and the Beast theme to go with my Cindarella bag....... Those Real Littles are awesome... Nice to know that the Disney Micropacks are not worth my money or time.....
I wonder if the reason they had generic, non Disney content in the backpack was because they licensed the rights to use Disney miniature items to the other company, saw they were making money and tried to do the same thing but couldn't use their own darn images.
Nah. Micropacks came before Real littles Backpacks. Since Cheapak has been at the helm of Disney they've been All about cutting corners, increasing costs and devaluing experiences. As an OG Disney Lover it breaks my 💔. They deserve All the 🧂.
@@TinySwanGrandAdventures Didn't love Eisner, but the WDW Co. was truly in jeopardy of bankruptcy before he turned things around for them and we got the "Disney Renaissance " (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, etc). I don't think Disney is at fault for the "Disney" backpacks. When you turn it around the outside box says that those backpacks are manufactured for "Imports Dragon" (whomever they are) in China. So it's them using the license, thus deciding on what goes inside the product.
@@nerdecrafter - You know that Barbie knockoffs are made for stores? Seriously I’ve come across multiple Barbie lookalikes from some third-rate toy company in Walmart, about an aisle or two from where they sell the actual Barbies. Heck Big Lots which gets and sells leftover official toys from other stores also buys and sells knockoffs of the same legit toys that they sell. One time I saw a big pack of dolls clearly based off the Disney Princesses yet we’re just called Princess Dolls and the box said they were made for the Big Lots store. Also look up Bootleg Zone by the UA-camr Phelous. You’ll be surprised to see how many third rate companies use a big name brand to make a lesser quality like product. Like a knockoff MLP brand that’s popular in Europe, especially in Germany and Barbie wannabe Steffi Love.
Joining the bad vibes from Fantasia group :) I was little when I watched it and it scared me so much I cried :D I did not expect the Disney bags to be so... disappointing. Fantasia was a little creepy when I was like 6/7. Parts of it had a really ominous feel. I also felt that way about Willy Wonka so I may be alone in this. 😂
Micropacks are not a Disney property. They made these backpacks before real littles. Here, like real littles, they licenced the disney name. I checked the pricing in Canada too and the micropacks are a third off compared to real littles with more surprises so more accessible to poorer familys but you still get the disney bag. You can literally read the brand that males them on the box if you bother to look instead of assuming its Disney's own item, you will get facts, instead of blaming disney for a 3rd party license
I agree with you 100% that Fantasia has bad vibes. Mickey disobeys the wizard and abuses the power he steals. I was also immediately thinking about how angry Moriah would be about the rainbow. In fact, Moriah is the reason I'm here. I watch Moriah religiously, and UA-cam thought I should watch your Moriah unboxing. Now I'm hooked. ^_^ I love the saltiness. *at least the non Disney themed stickers had a decent rainbow on it.
I am curious if the Disney Micropacks were developed before or after the Real Littles. Perhaps they came out first and Real Littles took the opportunity to improve on a mediocre product/experience?

The thing that gets me though is I have the same mini paint trays, which you can buy a pack of 8 for like $7 at Party City Canada. So those alone are less than a dollar (CAD)...
To be honest I kinda like those backpacks, it’s more realistic to have random supplies that don’t match your backpack design. As for the black back being “lazy” most backpacks actually have black backs made of more breathable cushioned materials for comfort. Plus they probably aren’t even officially licensed Disney products lol it literally has the name of the company that made them on the box. You just assumed and let that assumption bias you, I bet you wouldn’t have been so salty if you’d have seen they’re not official products.
This. Tbh, Micropacks came before Real Littles Backpacks. But Moose Toys are bigger so ofc they get away with coping a product. But Im honestly glad that Real Littles did their own thing with the Disney ones. But I do love the style of the Micropacks Disney bags better as they look more like real fashion Disney backpacks than the Real Little ones does.
Maybe Disney didn't want to mess up the designs of the characters in their own Mini Packs? I mean, the Real Brands KINDA messed up certain items in the Disney Store Brands, like Flynn's infamous "Flying Goatee" paint job...!
I really want to try those mini stencils with my 0.3mm mech pencil or my 0.05mm inking pen. I bet they'd be awesome to make little decorations for my art journal. Edit: holy carp... This was a fun one, my dear. At about 6:10 watch the little guy on the bottom left of the sticker pack, I swear he is crowing Steeekers! right along with you!
I had zero hope for Disney. Any time they make something it's extremely over priced and usually crappy quality. I'm praying they don't do that to Star Wars. If real Littles did a series of backpacks or whatever with Transformers or Scooby-Doo they'd do it right hopefully. Disney would not.
Disney HAS the ability to make better stuff, and yet someone they licensed their properties to, did 1000% better. I mean heck, the bag charm in the Moana one, while some paint work is off, someone could easily change the string and use it as a necklace!

hey jackie ! i just wanted to say i love ur content and i always look forward to seeing u post, u always seem to put a smile on my face :)) thank u for everything u do
Jackie: "Are you ready for some drama?"
me: Yes, I'm ready *grabs popcorn*
I’m about to go into the biggest interview of my life and your vid calmed me down. Thank you for being genuine 💕
I hope you get the job friend! :)
I also got bad vibes from Fantasia. I was scared of it as a kid and could never really pinpoint why. So glad I'm not alone in that!
Fantasia was also a racist cartoon as well thats why I don’t watch it anymore
I think I know why because in Fantasia they showed off one of the scariest villains out there known as Chernabog. So that might be what scared you as a kid because basically, he is a demonic creature that has control over the souls of other creatures. He is probably the darkest villain or the one to be most feared due to his size and design.
@@NinjaGirl-in3ht Chernabog and the dinosaurs part scared me as a kid.
Same
@@VintageSucculent I never seen it before can you please explain to me how it was racist😊
Yikes, how disappointing those Disney bags are!! I’ll have to keep my eye out for the Moana one - I love that movie!
Hey jackie loved this video i really needed something to cheer me up today im getting ignored by alot of people i care bout rn loved the happiness on your face
I love how excited you get when you get stickers! I love them too!🥰🐺
YESSSS!!! THERE'S MORE!!! I LOVE THESE UNBOXINGS!!!! 😆✨💗
I found the gamer bag from Real Littles.... REALLY not disappointed. it has a proud location right under my monitor. I need to find that Moana backpack. Also waiting for Beauty and the Beast theme to go with my Cindarella bag....... Those Real Littles are awesome... Nice to know that the Disney Micropacks are not worth my money or time.....
I was wondering how your chicken was doing recently! Thanks for including him in!
C'mon real littles... Start sending Jackie PR Stuff! She even has a special friend/dealer to get them in Canada.
The "dealer" part made me laugh way to hard
I LOVE REAL LITTLES
The real littles videos are the best! I love this content!
Jackie: Daffy Duck
Disney: Immediately no.
I wonder if the reason they had generic, non Disney content in the backpack was because they licensed the rights to use Disney miniature items to the other company, saw they were making money and tried to do the same thing but couldn't use their own darn images.
Nah. Micropacks came before Real littles Backpacks. Look up pictures of Micropacks (non disney ones) and Real Littles Backpack Series 1 and you will see that Real littles Backpacks are copies of Micropacks. Real littles Backpack series 1 was released July 2020. Earliest unboxing of Micropacks on Instagram is from Dec 2019.
I am so sorry about the pain you went through while making this video Jackie. I wish you be free from these horrible backpacks :)
Z😂
Completely forgot that this account existed for like two years. God I’m happy to be back
Since Cheapak has been at the helm of Disney they've been All about cutting corners, increasing costs and devaluing experiences. As an OG Disney Lover it breaks my 💔. They deserve All the 🧂.
Cheapek is kinda reminding me of the Eisner era of Disney but with more greed to be honest. 🤔
Bobby Paycheck strikes again
@@TinySwanGrandAdventures Didn't love Eisner, but the WDW Co. was truly in jeopardy of bankruptcy before he turned things around for them and we got the "Disney Renaissance " (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, etc). Also, the guest experience level in the 80's and 90's was very high. He liked 💰 sure, but he at least understood that to get that 💰 🤑 you need to increase the value of your product. This is a Very Basic concept that Eludes Cheapak. He is Far, Far Worse for the Disney brand than Eisner was on his worst day.
I knew I couldn't be the one who adores Moana's grandmother! 💕
My mom laughed and said of course you do, she looks like me! Oh mom! 😊
I don't think Disney is at fault for the "Disney" backpacks. When you turn it around the outside box says that those backpacks are manufactured for "Imports Dragon" (whomever they are) in China. So it's them using the license, thus deciding on what goes inside the product.
They were made for a store, but it’s fully Disney I believe
@@nerdecrafter Ohh... Oh that's bad. 🙃 Thanks for the clarification Jackie!!
@@nerdecrafter I'm heading to Disney this month (Florida, where I live) I am curious if they will have them there :/
@@nerdecrafter They are not Disney. Micropacks is a brand just like Real littles.
The small things ar so cute 😘😘😘 you ar da best 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Joining the bad vibes from Fantasia group :) I was little when I watched it and it scared me so much I cried :D I did not expect the Disney bags to be so... disappointing. But I have to say that overall I do not like Donald, Mini, Mickey, so I was either way "meh" for them. It saddened me more they disappointed you, Jackie. But thank you for your commitment to those reviews!
Yay Real Littles vs Micro packs🥰💖 I love you Jackie Your videos are awesome
I know why they stuffed that paper in the small pouches... so you had something to dab the tears of disappointment up with.
Let's get Jackie to 2million!! We can do it grains! 😀
Jackie back at it again with another awesome video! Keep it up
I love and hate the backpacks BUT.. I LOVE THE SALTNESS
Fantasia was a little creepy when I was like 6/7. Parts of it had a really ominous feel. I also felt that way about Willy Wonka so I may be alone in this. 😂
Oh, Willie Wonka is a very bad guy!
I love youre vidios and i hope youre reading this
Micropacks are not a Disney property.
So basically a knockoff capitalizing on Disney’s overall success to trick poor families?
@@Goleon well they made these mini backpacks in the plain line before real littles copied them first...
Even though jackie was salty in this video I felt like she was “calmer” than usual 😂
The paper on the inside is for preventing the bag from deflating and deforming.
Jackie you should make your own mini backpack in YOU theme! You’ve made almost everything included in different videos, now you just need a salt shaker backpack!
I have to admit, I can’t get enough of salty Jackie 🤭💕
My cats just jumped from their sleep when NerdE shouted - stickerssss! ♥️🐈♥️.... Yes My cats love watching or listening to NerdE too
Before unboxing: Real Littles vs Micropacks, who will win?
After unboxing: Real Littles wins without trying 😅😅😅
Excited to watch this. It's been a bad Last couple days...I pushed myself to hard working out and have been able to do nothing but lay in bed. So I'm super glad for a small ray of sunshine thank you Jackie 🥰
Am I the only one who has the dough that the ears on the Mikey Mouse bag are different sizes and the bow tie on the Donald bag is sewn crooked?
First and I love your videos you spend your money the time on us
HI JACKIE PLEASE TRY JOLLIBEE ITS A FAST FOOD
U are not alone. I HATED that mickey movie. It gave me nightmare for weeks (and my favourite movie as a child was little shop of horrors, so that says something). Something about that movie really did have CREEPY vibes.
That has got to be a knock off. Can you call someone. It is garbage.
I loved Fantasia! I thought everything that happened was so fun. That is a very classic movie. That and Fantasia 2000. Both amazing.
The thing that gets me though is I have the same mini paint trays, which you can buy a pack of 8 for like $7 at Party City Canada. So those alone are less than a dollar (CAD)...
Was watching video on UA-cam, get notification to say Jackie uploaded...immediately close it and turn on Jackie's video instead lol
I was absolutely afraid of fantasia too. I remember that i used to close my eyes even for some parts 🥺 it was so creepy and it still is for me !
💯
Just wanted to say : yessssss Fantasia was more scary than good. I felt all kinds of bad ju ju when I started watching it.
First!
Second ^^
Ah so happy and comfortable video🌈❤️
I really want to try those mini stencils with my 0.3mm mech pencil or my 0.05mm inking pen. I bet they'd be awesome to make little decorations for my art journal.
Edit: holy carp... Those Disney packs were absolute trash... I'm so angry on your; and anyone else duped into buying them's; behalf! What a lousy money grab
Disney. You call yourself the House of Mouse. And yet, I see no Mouse.
Jackie always be worried she’s not speaking English correctly, but she speaks it so well I would have never known it wasn’t her first language.
You’re kidding right? She always gets her words wrong.
The uneven bows not being addressed is making me feel some kind of OCD. 🤣
Your videos make my day ❤️💗
Having a bad day today but seeing a notification from you was like the sun coming out from behind a cloud.
Let's see Disney fail again!
Disney HAS the ability to make better stuff, and yet someone they licensed their properties to, did 1000% better. I mean heck, the bag charm in the Moana one, while some paint work is off, someone could easily change the string and use it as a necklace!
But it's not Disney, this is just another licence. It says right on the box.
@@__Alo__ It the sense that Disney has a factory make it for them, yes you are right. But the Brand is Disney. For the others, the Brand is Real Littles with a Disney Collab.
@@KaylaChan90 it's not though, the "brand" is micropacks made by the Canadian company "imports dragon". They also make non Disney versions.
@@__Alo__ Okay, then that company isn't good at making their stuff known. But also I'd still say take a look at pretty much all Disney branded stuff and see how much the maker is noticable and therefore Disney branded)
real littles bags = disney renaissance. disney micropacks = current live-action remake era.
I confused Donald and Daffy Duck today too. So, I feel much better after hearing you make the same mistake!! Haha 😂
Moriah would have a seizure upon seeing that rainbow
Hi jackie! I love your content and woah I'm early 😊
Hi Jackie,
What the heck? Disney didn't put Disney objects in their own backpacks! I would return the darn thing because they charge way too much for their merch. Disney, stop breaking Jackie's heart!
xoxo's Sandie
Iam about to go to sleep now but your video is more important than sleep..
I don't collect any of the items, I simply watch because you make my day.
Thank you so much for making these videos. They helped me figure out what we get from the backpacks and that they were worth it. I have bought two and I loved the experience. Thank you for showing these to me and the quality.
I found the gamer pack real little with the laptop & cellphone and I am so grateful i knew what could potentially come inside. I snatched it right up. It sang to my little nerdy soul. ~
I agree. Daffy IS the superior duck. I honestly never liked Donald or Daisy Duck…even as a kid. Daffy will always be #1 in my eyes. He’s not only my favorite animated duck of all time, but he’s also my favorite Looney Tune of all time. As far as Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, I’ve never seen either of those movies. However, I DO own a Sorcerer’s Mickey hat that I got at Disney World.
Oh the salt is strong today! Disney, how dare you break our NerdECrafter's heart this way!?!?! At least we all now know - Real Littles for the win! They take Disney more seriously than Disney does. Oh our brokeded hearts. Thank you, Jackie, for taking one for us grains, as always.
I love your videos you just seen so kind and a genuinely amazing person. 🥰🥰
Hey there! I love you Jackie!!! Thanks for making this video, I'm always happy to get the notification!
I didn’t really like Disney’s “Fantasia” either, I was more partial to “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” that everyone says is based on “Fantasia” but ya I’m with you Jackie
Thanks for reviewing these! Your the best!
