    The deflection of the compass needle placed near a current-carrying straight conductor increases as the current flowing through the conductor increases. This is due to the increased magnetic field strength around the conductor, which exerts a greater force on the compass needle, causing it to deflect further.

    MAJOR CORRECTION - QUESTION AT 23:10
    the answer of part (a) will be If the current is increased, the deflection also increases. It means on increasing the current through the conductor, the deflection in the compass needle is also greater.
    24:50 (b) is correct.
    25:06 (c) is explained wrongly by sir again. Answer will be -- Now as the compass is moved away from the wire, the influence of the wire’s magnetic field on the compass gets decreased and thus the deflection of the compass gets decreased.

    The degree of closeness of magnetic field lines represents magnetic strength. If the magnetic field lines are closer to each other, then the magnetic strength is strong and if magnetic field lines are far apart from each other, then magnetic strength is weak.

    When we increase the amount of current ,then the deflection of magnetic needle will also incresed which is placed near it .Because it experiences strong force through it than the previous one .same thing will happens when it move away from the current carrying confuctor. Sir, in most of sources I have read this,but after this video I am confused.
