i know i'm not crazy and the dude in the red hoodie ( 12:50 ) used to do tool revies and pick ups on youtube . He's been in a couple videos but i cant remember his name and it's been bothering me so much 😅
Next time you see him ask him , i'm pretty sure and that would make me happy to know 😂 , btw hope to see you at the big canadian expo nov.9-12 . Keep the cool vids coming mate !
My first ever grading submission was through SGC and it was a great first time experience. I'm new to the hobby too. I just love that these stand out and actually frame the cards nicely.
I'm sick of PSA. l've sent around 40 cards in now over multiple orders. They grade cards on popularity. The small cards get reasonable grades but any of my bigger cards will never gem. It's population control and it's infuriating
@@tpucky180 Very true, you got to send the small cards in early and fast before they become big cards. Once its big cards, they basically try to control the population and if you get lucky, you get upcharged like crazy. That being said, PSA is still what I would do if I have a big card that I want best return.
Come by me out baseball from 80 up,baseball 90 up,football 87 up Pokémon 98 up 5k for all and yes got all the greats rather it be enjoyed than in closet...
Historically I’ve had no problem selling them. There are some people who are allergic to SGC, but I also have 3.5 months more to sell it while I’m waiting for my 8s and 9s from PSA
i use only sgc for grading currently... i did just send some cards to tag grading... took about a month... and my gosh are the tag cards amazing. sgc and tag in my collection. psa too over hyped

besides ebay, what else do you use to evaluate value of cards?
I use cardladder, which pulls from almost every major auction house/online sales platform
@@SamRothstein ok, thanks, I;ll look for the app!
Sgc is the way to go cheap and fast turn around
Yes for sure

ive been debating on sending some stuff to sgc too and just taking some profit. as opposed to waiting months on psa like you mentioned.
I think it’s the play now

Have you had any luck selling SGC? Just doesnt seem like it moves enough for me to switch from PSA. But good lord it goes take way too long.

I like the Tag slabs a lot. Love everything about SGC. Everything
Great contnet
Still blows my mind that people will bring their cards to sell to a vendor at a show and still ask over comps. Just wasting their own time lol
Or vendors doing the same
Some ppl just aren’t savvy with buying and selling and how markets work. And lots of ppl are scared to take a loss
