This is the second most common type of Jade I have, it is classic, I have a ken eye tho for qhite jade with alots of different colors on it as a signature of natures imprint,its very beautiful to me qhen it's unique like this to me. Very good informative video Jot❤
Not necessarily, as there are other factors that contribute to value including color, texture, and size. However, all other things being equal, yes the icy (translucent) jadeite jade is more valuable than opaque jadeite jade.
If you don't have an example about the color of jade cudnt u have found one on Google an put it in the video instead of jus saying a description of w.e specific type but then say "I don't personally have one in my collection so I can't show ya this one" I feel like finding a pic on Google and making an Xtra slide or two on the video might have been easier and understood then a nicely articulated description.... js if u would have had all example for every color/shade all in all it was good video but maybe try using some of the newer AI programs coming out for video editing if might do the trick

That is me holding the slab of Korean jade. I did not buy this piece, but I did get a thick chunk of Korean jade that is celadon color.

White jadeite is pure jadeite. Color comes from other mineral impurities.
