    Have you looked at bulk asset tools? It has a different purpose but together could make for a tidy library.

    Just don’t use the asset library for anything but appending basic materials and objects, because it’s a glitchy, buggy, unmaintained, half-finished disaster!

      I mean - I use it for materials, objects, and some geometry node setups and it works fine. What are you trying to do with it?

      @@TheCGEssentials Use it for collections (anything with a hierarchy, basically). Too many bugs. Doesn't work in a team setting.

      Are you trying to use it with a network attached central storage device like a NAS box?

      @@richardconway6425 trying to use it with a company network and network shares, but the issue is far more basic. Even local tests fail. Got about a dozen or open bug reports on it, and about as many closed due to them being UX issues (which Blender devs don't recognize).
