These took me back!!! before power of the force even came out! They were testing the waters with the micro-machines and rubber Bend 'ems figures they released even before the micro machines.
The action masters metal figures were also testing the waters if they would sell or to see if there was a market for them

Y wing did indeed come with the falcon. I got this set for Christmas 1997. It’s supposed to be mounted on the hook thing on the “ceiling” of the play set. I believe they meant for it to stand in as the rebel hangar

I have the Hoth set, not sure it would fit back into the box once assembled. Bugged me the loose pieces too . I have the round ball Death Star that opens to Tatooine, pretty sure I had Endor, have the Droid heads, Vader. I love how C3PO is so shiny gold, not some gold tone plastic but actually metallic and shiny.
Oh I don't have that Millennium Falcon, I have the one that holds regular 3 3/4 action figures

Maybe the bed is the sick bay where they rescue Luke from the Death Star when his hand was cut off.

Leia's bounty hunter was Boush (Bowsh its said) Lando was Skiff guard lando.
The flying things in the Falcon set was a Mynoch.

This is a really great video, I saw that you were wondering why Boba Fett was in the Endor set, originally when Return of the Jedi was in production, Boba Fett was going to be leading the imperial troops, but it was scrapped obviously, I think that galoob, who made micro machines, wanted to put in 'filler' figures and deemed it appropriate to put him in
