Years ago, Macklemore made a stop in my hometown to use the bathroom. I made him buy candy, because the policy was 'for customers only'. He seemed kinda shocked but gave me an amused and warm smile, and bent down to grab some starbursts. He was wearing shades and more jewelry than me, with some big dude in shades and black clothes; standing behind him.
I didn't realize who he was until after he left and my coworkers were trippin.
I was hired days before, and I had just lost my dad a week prior to that. He doesn't know that his smile really put me at ease, that day.

Opioid addiction is sad. His special with barrack Obama was very much needed. I am seven years clean from this addiction n this dude right here has been so open with his addiction to opioids. Three weeks it takes the body to get hooked, so u do pills everyday for three weeks n u go get a refill ur hooked. God bless everyone fighting just to be normal again.

Heather C. I have been on Rx pain meds for about 10 years due to my many bone disorder, cystic disorders and fibromyalgia. Due all the pain I was also on Xanax for a long time. I hope one day to get off both, but for now the Xanax had been gone for about 2 years and I take my pain meds less than prescribed whenever possible. I also have an education in nursing and psychology, so I am not ignorant to my predicament, but I also am not lost to it either! So I understand where you are coming from. Hi Carolyn :) "The sister", here. I do not think this is fraudulent. There really is no way that Tyler could have known about the specific individual who triggered Kevin the night he died. I tried to reach out to this person when I found out that he'd passed and they never got back to me. To the other person's point on this thread - yes, an educated guess about him having a sister or a gf seems pretty easy, but Kevin actually came out in his last year of life as being gay, so sister is the only obvious connection. I agree that a heavy dose of skepticism is necessary, but I think Tyler made a genuine connection.
