in my opinion...I suggest to infect the red ant queen first, so you can get all the infected ant stuff in your first NG+ and not wait till everything is far tougher
If you kill them in normal mode you get upgrade materials. In NG+ you get a chest room.

which is why I suggest to infect the red ant queen, and befriend the other two in base game
@@vSlayer thats the effect of the red ant armour, the black soldier ants and fire ants will attack you regardless even when wearing the sets
You can't because the recipe for the infected meals for the ants are only available in new game plus.
It’s great to see you’re still pushing out grounded content at the best quality. I was playing it with my girlfriend and we completed the Broodmother, I am dreading the other bosses needless to say after that encounter but we managed to complete it on normal (whoa sounds horrible). Keep up the great content otherwise man!

Woah was a nightmare when i first started playing, I didnt know you could parry much less i didnt make a shield 😫 and our base was right by a wolf spider or two, under the billy hog paper lol
Been on the same map for 2 years. I remember when the upper yards, briny toy bin, and moldarc castle was never a thing. The connection I have with my world is crazy.. tried to make a new map and just couldn’t do it💀
I've probably missed this in previous videos about 1.4, but do your buildings, chests, ziplines remain after you've entered the new game+?

Just curious, if killing the Ant-Queens makes all the ants attack you, wouldn't it better to kill them all BEFORE new Game + and then befriend them IN new Game + so it's less enemies attacking you when you are trying to focus on the Fully Yoked enemies. Also couldn't some of the friendly ants end up being Fully Yoked and possibly come to your aid?
Tbh I don’t think the order really matters. I just recommend doing one of the three on each ant queen before you ng+
So, it's weird. Killing the queen doesn't make all ants hostile, only the soldiers, but this is different to the fire ants because they are all normally hostile. He is saying this so you can get antbassador and make all ants not attack you in ng+ because then you will have to fight your way through ants to befriend the ants
Befriending them all before ng+ gives you antbassador at stage 3 which makes all ants neutral, helps massively with the fire ants tbh
@Paraly5er I get that. I did find though that it doesn't make the soldier ants neutral which sucks imo.
@@dravenlei1870 depends on when you activate it won’t work if you activate it inside of an ant hill I believe, leave first then come back
Im so glad they decided to end this game with a bang, never Though i would be back to play grounded but with ng+ i feel like i have more than double the stuff to do

Do buildings save when you enter a new game? This might be a stupid question but I really wanna know
I've yet to see any explanation regarding what carries over to NG+ (Science, Mutations, Inventory, Storage, Buildings?)
I would be nice to just have each of those things confirmed one way or the other.
@@bugnazbinnyking1198 from what I've seen, buildings, inventory, and storage save. Super chips and unlockable areas do not save
I think all personal stuff like pets weapons and building transfer
Everything transfers, it just resets story progress
I haven't played new game plus anf i have a question, if you go into new game plus do your bases remain/ everything you have built and does things like the haze plug ot the wasp hive change, i mean that they will be reset or not

Hey i have a question in the patch notes there was something about mighty armour having buffs just like sleek what is up with that?
Mighty Path WEAPONS will have a unique ability, the armor will have the extra power as usual. I haven’t tested it much, but on something like the Bard’s Bow, it has bonus Critical Hit chance now.
Question, do your buildings and supply chest stay fromt he last playthrue?
Any player built structures and the items in them (chests) stay in new game plus

Me and my son play on my character and we’re close to beating the game together but I want to buy him a PS five so that way we could play multiplayer my concern is if I new game plus now will he have all of the milk molar points if he comes into my new game plus from the first play through?

Doing the ending doesn’t end the game, do the ending then go to new game olus
I'm not sure if he covered this but the handy gnat is also unlocked after going into a new game plus

If you have everything, apart from the stuff in the shop before NG+, can you easily get everything in the store while in NH+ and 100% still?!

Decisions do reset when remixing. I have a whole vid explaining it all now

will it disable getting achievements if i change my difficulty mid game? the only achievement i dont have is 100%
Nope, as long as you don't make it a custom game you can play any difficulty
Are default bugs supposed be buffed because i was wearing t9 rolly polly and a normal red ant worker did 80% of my health bar with 1 attack
I’m using level 9 broodmother helm, mantis chest plate, and widow leggings and a worker ant did 1% of my health in new game plus

They have more inventory slots than other pets, they give a hauling strength buff, nothing crazy

Do you need to Grow Up before going New Game+? I assume you can Grow Up, complete 100% of the game (Teen Score S+), and then go back to the world and activate New Game+?
No you don’t need to

Yes, you have to redo all the mixrs
So question the I think final mission at the end of the game to unshrink yourself do I do that or do everything until I unlock that mission then I can go to new game plus
You have to recomplete the story if when you do ng+. You also have to kill all the required bosses again I do believe
In the main quest, you only have to complete the javamatic event, which is the quest before unshrinking yourself. Unshrinking still give you the end game cutscenes and report card

I think that you should get everything you want done and do the javamatic then create a copy and complete the game on that for your report card, then use the other copy for Ng+

I cannot beat as a soloplayer the new+ javamatic and the broodmother. I have tried today for 4 hours. I am at point to delete the game.
Skill issue💀, but nah fr I'm just taking my time I haven't even done the undershed, it's really grindy, capitalize on the new trinkets you can get rerolled science trinkets by duping them, although they are really really expensive(20k for each cone) so I suggest farming black ox, idk which insects have the best chance to drop cones so far ive only gotten cones from ox's
Just got to build and prepare more for javamatic I guess, maybe upgrade your weapons some more and get more molars

I honestly hate they call it new game+ it's absolutely not new game+. In the history of new game+'s never have you done it from within the game. Though I guess it never hurts to break conventional standards.
It’s their take on it, I like the way it works tbh
Almost no game, let alone a survival open world, has anything as good as this repeatable ng+, most games just get harder, this gets harder, adds new items, new mechanics, new crafting, rng random stats, continuously over the first few ng+'s and then it can go on infinite. This game is literally the best definition of a game with ng+. No no idea what your talking about😅

Needed this but I will not be getting there anytime soon as I struggle with wasp drones 😭
Salt Arrows and a Bow/Crossbow!! Wasp Drones are only a threat if you let them live, so always bum rush them with salty damage as fast as you can, and since they like to float, the salty arrows are the best way to deal.
Same, still can't solo Wasp Queen on Whoa difficulty.

@the_1_percentmilk805 right, I tried getting one of my friends to get a bow. Needless to say he could be a damn storm trooper. He burnt through 50 arrows in the first 2 minutes with a normal bow. He only hit around 5-10...

Hey paraly5er im having a hard time with the mantis in new game plus any suggestion?
Play the base of the tree!! Use it to break LOS when the Mantis uses his two most dangerous abilities (Leaping Attack and Rock Rush), you can use a bow to make this super easy, but playing with a salt Morningstar or a Salty Widow Dagger is fine if you prefer to melee only.
I was using salt morning star, will probably make a guide soon
If you have to revive BURG.L again, does that mean when you ng+ five times you can get the revive mutation in a single player world?

Ok, so wait.... Let's say, in one run of the new game plus, you kill the ant queen... Is she reborn in the next ng+? You mentioned that's how the infected variants worked. Just wanna make sure I'm understanding things correctly
Yup, all ant queens are reborn when you enter the next ng+ cycle. It’s only if you infected a queen that anything different happens

Does anybody have a bug where the sort button is missing in some worlds? I am losing my mind over this because it’s not anywhere online and Is very important to me
They changed it so the button isn't there when the inventory or chest is sorted already. Just move a piece to another slot and the button will appear.

How about the trinkets? Will they respawn? I lost some of the trinkets because of a game crash and i went and find it again but it wasn't there.
Yes the trinkets that are 1 time spawns in the world will respawn

The same as in survival, but you have to have story quests enabled.

6:34 when you said "when you kill an infused creature and loot it you will get 3000 raw science" what happens when i will kill the same infused creature multiple times will i get 3000 raw science every time i kill the same infused creature or not ?

I got a question I've searched all over Google but no answer does enabling custom game in itself disable achievements or do I need to activate something for them to get deactivated

I can't go to NG+ until I get the IBM Gold Card. I know we don't need all Gold for 100% now but that one square of white in a sea of gold won't pass my OCD. Once I Remix I'll never beat the IBM again.

So in other words, don't do New Game + because it just makes the game blow, got it.
Not true at all. It makes the game harder. Early NG+ versions aren't too bad. The high ones are downright broken at the moment and I wouldn't reccommend them. I would personally stop at NG+4
@@Paraly5er Yrah, I ended up trying it and it's not nearly as bad as "it took me 5 minutes to kill a mite!" Made it seem like it would be.

Just quests. You keep everything else. Bases, chests, what's in them, etc
Just the main quest in the game, buildings and inventory are kept, thought I left the kids case after resetting and my builds were right as I left
Does anyone know if you can return to the original world? I had a friend who had been gone while I got the last 20ish molars, and forgot to have him use them. We don’t want to reset the Remixed world, because when we went back it had reset it. Any way to get around this, please help.

@@Surt-1000 That's a thought I had as well. I would back it up and maybe keep track of two separate save files when I do attempt it.

You could reload an old save, you can loads saves in multiplayer too now
