Thank you for investing your time in creating the video. We're scheduled to visit next month, and your informative content has been invaluable in helping us plan our trip to Japan.
Brilliant videos and so informative active. Been to those shops on Cat Street. On the way there, there are some really nice cloth shops. Also had lobster roll there. Miss Tokyo so much ❤
Wow, so many fun things to do and delicious food to eat! Have to try that Gelato. Definitely I must visit Hachikō in the morning then afterwards walk around the area. Thank you for the video.
I love this channel, give important tips about visit Japan, i wish i could save a good money to travel to Japan, but i am jobless, so it's very difficult my situation.
1:20 I say this with love, as Akanemaru's English is amazing and I know that my Japanese will never reach an equivalent level- but the 'a' in "cocoa" is actually silent and is pronounced like ココ. I just wanted to mention it since you talk about food so much! Thank you both again!
I just want to say this video (and many of your others) have been so helpful and informative for our Tokyo trip planning. Thank you so much! We really appreciate your channel!
So many recommendations in one video, it's really amazing! ❤ The links are extra helpful for planning the trip. Harajuku and Shibuya are two of the areas I'm most excited to visit. 🥰
I'm blown away by how wonderful this video is! Not only do you have so many wonderful ideas but you list the locations too WOW!! ❤❤❤Thank you so much for your hard work! I cant wait to share this with my little niece and my sister to get them excited and dreaming about Japan! Thank you!!
8:09 Good Evening samurai junjiro from Gilbert Arizona USA 🇺🇸. I have to say I love all of your videos 🎥 They are so informative. Love all your videos! Please do a video to recommend salons for haircut and lashes lift. Looking for more videos to plan for our trip in May. Thank you!!!
Thank you for the very informative video. I will be in Tokyo in a few weeks and will be sure to check out some of your recommendation’s. Your information about line up wait times and how to avoid them was especially helpful.
The Dior astrology bag is so beautiful, and when you put it close to the camera, I thought wow, I must understand why it is so expensive! And I've always wanted a classic Chanel flip top *luxdups*
I went to that specific Kiddyland on a Wednesday evening, during what was supposed to be offpeak season, and it was just a continuous line of people that barely moved. It was worse than Takeshita-dori! At least that wall of people constantly moves.
We went right after they opened on a weekday, and it wasn't too crowded. But there were a few people waiting for it to open. It might get busier in the evening.
Kura Sushi is a great place, but it’s an international chain. Like, there’s several in Dallas of all places. Wikipedia says they’re currently 61 locations in the US. Since the yen is down, it may be more affordable in Japan, but it’s expensive back home. Those little $4 plates add up. Then again, you rarely have to wait for dinner. Like 5 minutes max.
@@samurai_junjirowe found a pretty good all you can eat place, but was expensive. We turned down Kura simply on the grounds that we had one back home, and the belief that it would be just as expensive. After realizing later how much cheaper it is in Japan, and the lack of tipping culture, it probably would have been worth it, if no line. Our experience dining was mostly based on how quick we could get a table. We had great success finding random hidden places, either by taking hidden stairs, or going down what I called “shady back alleys” but clearly had store fronts, just significantly less people. The downside was that since tourists seem to avoid these areas for some reason, the staff don’t really speak English, but we were still able to order, and have an excellent meal with little to no wait during peak dining hours.
Thank you for watching our video! Stores in Shibuya and Harajuku often close down, only to be quickly replaced by others, so it's a good idea to know the latest information before your trip :)
Thank you so much for this video! I have plans to visit both places when I visit this year! I plan on eating at many of the places you recommended 😊 ❤ and also want to visit the temples too and enjoy a peaceful day! Arigatoo ❤❤❤ When I get there, I'll have a pocket wifi so I'll make sure to go back to this video for guidance 😍👍
So I apparently had no idea about “I’m donut?” I somehow showed up there 10 days ago, and even took a picture because I thought it was funny. “I’m donut?” …like, they’re not sure what they sell. Are they asking me? The engrish is humorous too. There was no line though, just a sign that said “everything is sold out today” with people still there, working. So in my mind, “I’m donut?” “Nope. No you aren’t.” This was about 5:30pm, if anyone was wondering. No idea when the sign went up though.
I think my teens kids will find their "happiness" in these 2 places, they will take 1000 pix for their friends! Do you have a place in Tokyo to buy funny car magnets for souvenirs? Thanks a lot.
Thank you for watching our video! I'm not sure if they have car magnets, but places like Asakusa have typical Japanese magnets and souvenirs for sale :)
It's surprisingly pleasant. Not like the freezer-burn version we sometimes experience with our own ice cream from the freezer after it's been there for 3 months 🤣🤣
Haha, my heart broke a little when you mentioned a place called CAT STREET 😸😸😸😸😸😸...and then said it was lined with fashion stores 😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿. I was expecting you to say "...where you can see lots of lazy cats just hanging around. As multi-layered as Tokyo is in terms of things that are interesting, I'm most likely going to only visit Tsukiji outer market, that riceball stand you've mentioned a few times, and them whisk myself off to my closest capsule hotel. As you can tell, I'm not that adventurous. That's why I watch YOUR videos.
