*ATTENTION* Supermarket Sweep Fans! We have a unique episode-trading opportunity to offer: As many may have noticed, most of the recently posted episodes to our channel have been blocked due to copyright claim. However, we would like to keep posting more episodes, so: We will give a flash drive with all 40 episodes currently on Amazon (from 2000) and 10 episodes from BUZZR (1991) to anyone who can offer us 30 Supermarket Sweep episodes not currently on our channel. Those episodes have to be of *decent* audio & visual quality---meaning the average person should be able to see and hear what is going on in the video without having to make any adjustments; no exceptions. If you only have your originals, THAT'S OKAY: Whether they're on VHS, DVD, Blu-Ray, or flash drive, we'll be able to make copies and send your originals back to you promptly and safely (along with your 50-episode flash drive!). This offer applies to all Ruprecht (U.S) and Canadian episodes of Supermarket Sweep. No UK episodes for now. Please message us if you're interested. And as always: THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
I can’t believe I remember when this show used to be much earlier than even the successful reboot in the 90’s. Never saw this until close to the end of David Ruprecht’s run as host, and my grandparents would put this show on those evenings the show would be on PAX while it was still a TV network.
At 18:21 You can hear her screaming at him to "grab the money!" Don't hug me.... grab the money! Guess she thought both of their hands had to be on it. Poor guy looks so confused.
Actually, that would be enough letters in that sequence for me to guess Tylonel if some people think it’s going to help them feel better and get rid of headaches and stuff.
They actually did for just 2 seasons hosted by Leslie Jones starting in 2020, but sadly they must’ve cancelled the show since it’s been over a year the last episode aired and ABC hasn’t brought us anymore episodes since January 2022.
'Cause he wasn't sure if their hands were on the money before the bell rings. Plenty of times where contestants found the money, but the bell rang before their hands were on the money. The host says, everytime "your hands have to be on the money, by the time the bell rings." Which is why he wasn't excited, until the host confirmed.
I'd like to see the garlic bulb that could have gone in there! The only reason I knew what it was is I have one. Before then, I admit I'd never heard of one before.
As sexist as it probably sounds, most teams that have a man do the sweep seem to have a tendency to do well. Men generally seem to be faster and stronger than women. Although African-Americans seem to be more athletic than Caucasians.
I did not think they would give them the money at the end they do stuff like that all the time, cheap. What a surprise. I was sure David would say-- oh sorry not in time

Loved this show!
Same here!!!!
This show brings back my middle school memories!😀

She should have heard the sirens that indicated a win
They only had 3 seconds left on the clock and then the clock stopped and got the money when the sirens and bells started
That's 5000 bucks, baby! LOL!
They're rich.
He wasn't sure if she got in time🤣🤣
The guy was the only one smart enough to get the movie for 300 bucks, and that made the difference.
They had enough without the movie
@@TDH24LiveAlso my guess for that particular Movie would have been 1 of the following 3.
1: Pulp Fiction
2: Lucky Numbers
3: The General’s Daughter
It's impressive how she was able to guess Tylenol with very little letters on that board. There was no way I could guess that.
Actually, that would be enough letters in that sequence for me to guess Tylonel if some people think it’s going to help them feel better and get rid of headaches and stuff.
The 30 second times up buzzer is funny
Oh Debbie darn it
This show should've lasted 2-3 years longer--but PAX's financial difficulties killed this show. Really hope FremantleMedia revives this show..

+xAaeiynx though there are two different bells in the $5,000 round, the time's up bell and the win bell, those can be mixed up easily
mrbow50001 Right, I understand. I was explaining why the guy wasn't quite excited at first.
That practice started after an infamous episode from the 1993 season where it was now dubbed "The Bic Misgrab" among fans.
Anymore County Fairs on "Supermarket Sweep" episodes?
I'd like to see the garlic bulb that could have gone in there! The only reason I knew what it was is I have one. Before then, I admit I'd never heard of one before.
That sound she made at 1:49
Storm Williams
Do you like Big Bird?
@@plushbatfan she got it not after the bell
How did she take so long to find the Sugar Twins? I guess not everybody has the gift of detail like I do.
Dude is tall af. Haven't read the comments, I'm betting the 2 black girls win.
QUESTION:
Does this episode has the longest gap between when they grab the $5,000 in time and when the credits start?
That stuffed bunny story is weird...
that was weird y did he try to take the money from her. lol
Maybe he could hold the Cash with her if possible.
Are supermarket sweep contestants supposed to buy produce
All they had to do is make each question add 15 seconds instead of 10. Then the shoppers could SHOP.
Yikes, after the interviews... I'd actually put money on the tall guy and gf
Called it!

too blurry to watch...
They only had 3 seconds left on the clock
Of course he was trying too these two got Pringles chips and 5 grand $$$
