Can I Beat Spore as the Worst Possible Carnivore?

  • Revisiting a classic, Spore continues to be the gift to the world that keeps on giving. As weird and janky as it is, there's something strangely comforting about returning to the title. Even all these years later.
Given my lackluster personal history with it though, it was nice to be able to come back stronger than ever, proving to myself that I have what it takes to beat the game even under the most dire of circumstances. Turns out, I just used to really suck at games.

the way you say goodbye at the end of your videos has made me cry more than one time.
i'm not super involved with your channel but i've been stopping by to watch videos you've made for a while and every time i click on a video, joining you for a meal or as something that caught my eye while trying to drift off to sleep to listen to, i find myself engrossed in the story you tell. your voice is soothing in a way i find difficult to put to words, and even when something is tragically difficult you describe it in a way that, while not downplaying it's difficulty, makes it seem surmountable. every journey i join you for is bittersweet to hear the end of and after choosing to spend my time "at your side", being told to go out into the world and bring a little kindness into the lives of those around me, it puts me at ease in a "this too must pass" kind of way. of course, sometimes i'm brought to tears simply because i needed to hear someone say that they wanted to hear my thoughts, or that they wanted me to have a genuinely wonderful day, but it still imprinted on me as something important enough to comment about.
i'm genuinely considering just chipping in those .99 cents a month it would take to join the channel, just because of the way these little collective experiences have made me feel, but for now, just, thank you. i'm glad to be around.
here's to new experiences on a new account :>

I'm really glad that I can provide that sort of comfort for you! I tend to love to watch/listen to things at similar times. Be it going to sleep or having food, I tend to enjoy having a video playing. It's a really surreal experience to be able to provide that for someone else, but it's also incredibly rewarding.
There is a sort of "shouting into the void"ness to doing what I do. It's easy to lose touch with the human element behind it. Without feedback, there's just numbers. And numbers don't tell the same story that people can. So even when it's just one person sharing how they felt... Well, it's really hard to put into words just how much that means to me.
Genuinely, thank you for just being here. It's already far more than I could ask for, and thank you for giving me a glimpse of what's on your mind. For all of the time and effort spent to make these happen, it makes it more than worth it to hear. I hope to not disappoint!

That's so strange... I suppose it makes sense that someone would want to bring the idea back, but it feels like a weird title to copy this many years later. Then again, here I am playing Spore after all of this time, so...

Can I just say good sir that you would make an exceptional writer should you ever desire to pursue that career path, your understanding of the English language and your talent for scriptwriting are impeccable, I would purchase a novel written by you immediately should you ever wish to write one! Have a very pleasant day!

Man's is doing more work to defind the backstory of the Harry Potter elves than JKR herself. "Sucked so bad at everything else that being effectively enslaved/subservient was preferable" is certainly a tactic

I’m so serious when I say that I would absolutely love to see you write poetry or read audiobooks or something of the like. The way you make a worm in a cartoon evolution game from 2008 feel like a brutal battle for survival is honestly impressive.
